DECK AND STEP OPTIONS

FOUNDATION SYSTEM

Installation of any foundation system requires that your site is level to within 6” across the footprint of the building. Step and modular deck options are available only with Pagoda and Solitude purchases. Access to electricity within 150 feet and 3 feet of clearance around the shed are required for proper installation. Customers are required to provide photos of the installation site after purchasing. Additional charges will apply for sites not meeting these requirements.

Check with your local building department before ordering to determine if a building permit is required in your area. In the event a building permit is required, permitting your Studio Shed and compliance with all applicable local building codes is the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges will apply for permitted installations. HOA approvals are the responsibility of the customer.
