These free, on-line learning modules were created to assist the school nurse in coordinang evidence based care for the student with a bleeding disorder. Module compleon is also suggested for other school professionals such as administrators, teachers, and coaches to promote a safe and posive learning environment for the student, and improve ongoing communicaon between the school, the parent, and the Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC). Also Available: Videos: A School Educator’s Guide to Hemophilia and von Willebrand Disease The Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center has also created two 5 minute videos that discuss the issues related to care of individuals with bleeding disorders in the school setting.
