A SECOND NIGHT OF JAZZ AND GOSPEL MUSIC

Vienna is a place where diversity constantly challenges the status quo. Nowhere is this more evident than in the range of musical styles being offered in clubs, concert halls, and churches each night. But, what happens when jazz is brought into the church? What happens when the poetry of Christian hymnody meets the rhythms and tones of the Blues?

Join us for a second evening of jazz and worship music featuring musicians from the Christ Church Six O’clock Service. This ensemble will be joined by vocalists Johanna Cabili-Reuss and Carole Alston. The evening is open to all and free of charge, but donations are welcome and will go to the church’s music programmes.
