Sydney Banks’ vision and message to the world was, at its essence, profoundly simple, and

yet so powerful that it has evoked an entirely new understanding of who and what we are

as human beings. He shared in countless ways the “spiritual fact” that the Three Principles

of Universal Mind, Consciousness and Thought are the origins of all human experience; of

everything in this life.

Syd often said that not only does every human being have this secret deep within their

consciousness; they, in fact, are the Principles. The mission of the Three Principles School

he asked us to establish on Salt Spring Island is to share “a deeper understanding of the

Three Principles as Discovered and Taught by Sydney Banks.” (Syd Banks on his website,

sydneybanks.org)

We have done our best to honor Syd’s request and guidance in the years since his passing,

but the most touching and rewarding aspect of that quest has been the fact that the people

who have come to the school have done so to find a deeper understanding for themselves.

In so doing, they have experienced the “feeling” that Syd so often spoke of; the feeling that

takes us beyond the intellect, beyond the known, to a place where the world we’ve known

stops for the briefest of moments and we experience our true spiritual nature. In this

simplicity and deep feeling, they have found insight and a new sense of the true nature of

the Principles. Many have shared those insights both during and after the sessions.

The “spiritual secret” Syd spoke of is so simple and primary to our experience, it cannot be

explained in words; it can only be found in a feeling and the experience it evokes. Please

join us this November as we continue the journey and explore together the Simple Spiritual

Secret and profound legacy that Sydney Banks brought to the world and to each of us.

Classes will be held on picturesque Salt Spring Island. Many have been drawn to its shores and have recognized it as one of the

world’s best places to stay. The accommodations on Salt Spring Island range from quaint cabins to luxurious Bed & Breakfasts,

to motels and hotels as seen on the links listed at the bottom of the page.

Location of the classes will be at the Harbour House Hotel: 121 Upper Ganges Road. The Harbour House is holding a limited

number of rooms for us, at a discounted rate. Please mention that you are coming for the Three Principles School in order to

Tuition is $475 per person, U.S. funds, and can be paid by check, or via PayPal. Given the current economic climate, we have

kept tuition as low as possible for this session. If you are in a position to give an additional amount as a donation in support of

Demand for enrollment is high, so we suggest getting your tuition payment in as soon as possible. We will contact you once

order to rest and settle in. We will wrap up by lunchtime on Sunday, November 23rd

Getting To Salt Spring Island:

Salt Spring can be reached in a number of ways. Vancouver on mainland BC and Victoria on Vancouver

Island both have International airports, with Vancouver's being the largest.

From Vancouver International

You can get a shuttle to the South Airport and catch a float plane to Ganges, operated by Seair Seaplanes (800-447-3247, 604-

273-8900) or Harbour Air Seaplanes (800-665-0212, 250-537-5525) or Salt Spring Air (877-537-9880, 250-537-9880).

You can also rent a car, or get a bus (Pacific Coach Lines 800-661-1725, 604-662-8074) or taxi to take you to the Tsawwassen BC

Ferries terminal, just south of the airport (250-386-3431). BC Ferries have routes that go from the mainland directly to Long

Harbour on Salt Spring, or to Swartz Bay terminal on Vancouver Island, where you can connect to the Fulford Harbor Ferry to

Salt Spring.

From Victoria International

You can drive to Swartz Bay (approx. 10 minutes) and take the Fulford ferry to Salt Spring.
