Engage with EYEY Emerging Leaders Summit (ELS) is a one-of-a-kind interactive learning experience that will help you sharpen your leadership, teamwork and communication skills. You’ll learn more about our culture, people and practices, while forging relationships with EY employees and fellow students.
This is an opportunity for first- and second-year students to engage with EY through a broad perspective. You’ll hear from global EY leaders, participate in interactive workshops, engage in team-building activities and more. Participants will have the opportunity to network with other students from across the country at ELS, which will take place in June in Washington, DC.

Position requirements:Qualified candidates must be studying accounting, finance, information systems, computer science or other related majors.
Candidates must:• Hold a significant interest in
professional services and a career in business
• Maintain high academic credentials
• Possess integrity, maturity, dependability and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities
• Demonstrate analytical, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
To be considered for an interview at EY:• You must first use your school’s
online recruiting system to apply for only one of our positions.

Interested in the Emerging Leaders Program?Here’s what you need to know to participate this summer:
Where it is: the Emerging Leaders Program is hosted in many locations across the country. You should request to participate in the local program closest to the office in which you wish to intern or work full time.
When it is: the programs run between May and August. Contact your school’s career services center or local EY campus recruiter to find out your preferred location’s exact program date.
Who should apply: third-or fourth-year students who are pursuing a five-year program OR second-and third-year students who are pursuing a four-year program studying accounting, business, or information technology who:• Have a significant interest in professional services and a career in business• Maintain high academic credentials• Possess integrity, maturity, dependability and enthusiasm in the performance
of responsibilities• Demonstrate analytical, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as strong
verbal and written communication skills
How to apply: the Emerging Leaders Program application and selection process varies by location. Again, contact your school’s career services center or local EY campus recruiter for details.

The Launch InternshipUnlimited possibilities start with strong connections
Figuring out what a career will be like in your field of study can be difficult from the inside of a college lecture hall. That’s why we created the Launch Internship. Designed specifically for underrepresented students who are at least two years from graduation, the program starts your career exploration on the right track.
You don’t have to wait until you’re a junior or senior to learn what a professional services career is all about. You can start now! By participating in an internship opportunity that combines on-the-job learning, experiences and coaching, you’ll get firsthand knowledge of what a career in professional services is all about. Launch occurs during the summer in every major EY location across the USA.
Launching your career Our Launch Internship takes a step-by-step approach to helping you build the foundation for your career. We’re committed to developing the skills and technical competencies that will contribute most to your professional advancement.
First, you’ll attend training sessions that introduce you to our business, our culture and our advanced technology and tools. You’ll learn more about your role as a Launch intern, and focus on developing your skills and competencies.
After your training, you’ll work on projects with a variety of teams to gain insight into the operations of our global organization. You’ll also learn about our different service lines and how they fit into our structure.
Throughout your Launch Internship, you’ll have a strong support network. We’ll match you with an experienced peer advisor, a counselor and a mentor. They will communicate with you frequently, providing feedback and joining with you in celebrating your achievements.
