A STUDY LAW OF CONTRACTS AT AIRTEL
Chapter 1:- IntroductionThe law relating to contracts in India is
contained in INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. It is applicable to all the states of India except the state of Jammu and Kashmir. It determines the circumstances in which promises made by the parties to a contract shall be legally binding on them.

Airtel.To find out various attributes that influence
Law of contracts at Airtel..To measure the effectiveness of Law of
contracts at Airtel.

AIRTEL Ltd.SAMPLING METHODRandom Sampling Method will be used.TOOLS USEDThrough Questionnaire
Chapter 3:- Theoretical BackgroundHuman resource is the very important aspect
of any organization. HR policies are made to run organization in a planned manner and to make employees feel like they are part of organization only.

Bharti Airtel formerly known as Bharti Tele-Ventures LTD (BTVL) is the largest cellular service provider in India, With this, Bharti is now the world's third-largest, single-country mobile operator and sixth-largest integrated telecom operator. It also offers fixed line services and broadband services. It offers its TELECOM services under the Airtel brand and is headed by Sunil Bharti Mittal.
Chapter 6:- FindingsMajority of the employee of the AIRTEL say
that they are satisfied with the Law of contracts methods and procedure at Airtel prevailing in the organization.14% employees say they are not satisfied & 8% employee say up to some extent they are satisfied.
Some of employee says that they want change in Law of contracts methods and procedure at Airtel prevailing in the organization & other employees are satisfied with the franchising system.
