1. All auction participants (live and silent) must have a bidder number.

2. One (1) silent auction will occur, with silent bids posted on bidder sheets.

3. Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards are accepted.

4. All purchases are to be finalized and payments made at the checkout area once the auctions are closed. Check out begins 15 minutes following the live auction.

5. Please make all checks payable to INTEGRIS Foundation. INTEGRIS Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization supporting Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation. It is recommended that your personal tax advisor be consulted for “tax deductible” clarifications.

6. Electronic receipts will be issued by cashiers when payment is made. Printed receipts will be mailed following the event.

7. All items must be obtained and services collected by the conclusion of tonight’s Gala.

8. All trips and services expire within 12 months unless otherwise indicated. Please do not contact donors for extensions on expiration dates.

9. Passion Challenge donation forms are on each table. The challenge will take place before the live auction begins. Donations made during the Passion Challenge will help support the worthy programs of Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation.
