Geese Chasers™, LLC was founded in 1999 by Bob Young. While throwing a Frisbee to his newly acquired, pure-bred, Border Collie “Boomer”. Bob and Boomer were approached by a local golf course owner who asked if he would be interested in “Chasing Geese” off his property in exchange for free golf.

The rest, as they say, is history. Bob and Boomer cleared the golf course of geese and they have cleared thousands of acres since then.

Geese Chasers™, LLC uses highly trained Border Collies in an integrated approach to rid client’s properties of unwanted Canada Geese. While beautiful to look at, Geese are really “dirty birds!” They not only foul the ground with their excrement, they also nest and then attack anyone who comes near.

Geese Chasers™, LLC is the fastest and most humane, effective and affordable method for Canada Goose control. Our method has been extolled on TV, Radio and print media for its humane effectiveness!

For many years, Bob operated his geese chasing business right out of his home, with the help of his wife, Deborah and have bred and trained these amazing and intelligent dogs to herd and “harass” geese, without harm. They have prospered and have built a very large list of satisfied clients.

Before you open your Geese Chasers™, LLC business, you and your staff will be provided with a training program specifically designed to impart all facets of our proven system and services, sales development methods, customer service aspects, promotional techniques and other management procedures that will enable you to maximize your potential. From opening assistance – to continuous education and sales training – to our service hotline, Geese Chasers™ Corporate will provide the support needed to help you develop market share. Franchise owners receive a complete set of franchise operations manuals that we will update as developments require concerning marketing, trends and new procedures.

Geese Chasers™, LLC will train two representatives of your franchise with one week of on-site training in our home territory of Burlington County, New Jersey. This will be followed by another week of training in your home territory once you have signed your first contract.

Geese Chasers™, LLC will make available to you our registered Trademark for use in advertising, networking and promotion of your new business.

Q: How about legal and contract matters?A: Geese Chasers™, LLC will provide legally approved contract forms for use with clientele. We will also

advise you about business insurance and incorporation. You will be required to know and meet all local government regulations and permit requirements.

Q: Do I need a Staff?A: Not initially.

Q: How do I market my business?A: Our Operations Manual will help you market your business and we will provide samples of ads, letters

and public relations material that you can use. On request, we will provide mailing lists for your territory at our cost.

Q: How do I find and train the Dogs?A: Geese Chasers, LLC will assist you in finding the right fully-trained, pure bred Border Collie. You can

however, recruit your own dog(s) subject to our approved and training requirements.

Q: What are my chances?A: Geese Chasers™, LLC will provide you with everything you need to be successful; training,

materials, operating procedures, marketing and support. If you follow our methods and invest the time and energy required, your chances are very good, indeed.

4. FRANCHISE OFFERING CIRCULAR Once you have been qualified, you will

receive our Franchise Offering Document mandated by the Federal Trade Commission. This document should be reviewed by your attorney and/or C.P.A. to clarify business terms and conditions.
