Mr. T. T. Jagannathan, B.Tech (IIT Madras), M.S. (Cornell University) serves as

the Chairman of TTK prestige Ltd since July 1, 2008. He has served as its

Executive Director for the past 33 years. He is the group Chairman of TTK

Group.

Mr. Ravichandran is an expereinced and qualified professional havingMr. Ravichandran is an expereinced and qualified professional having

qualified in the field of Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Chennai and is a

Management Graduate from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has served the company

since 1997. He is currently the Managing Director of TTK Prestige Ltd.

Mr. Shankaran is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and Company

Secretary. He has been the whole time Secretary of the Company since 1990.

He is currently the Director Corporate Affairs of TTK Prestige Ltd.

What is the Performance Management Model?

Our Performance Management System (PMS) is based on the Management by Objective (MBO)

Model. This type of a process gives the employee space to choose what he wants to do in the organization as

long as it is in alignment with the overall organizational and departmental goals.

How does Goal Setting happen?

The goal cascading happens from the top management. Based on the Organizational Goals for the

year, the departmental goals will be decided. Post this, you and your reporting manager will discuss and

decide your Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the year.

How is your Performance Measured?

Your performance will be judged once in six months based on your performance discussion with

your supervisor.

At the end of the year, you will be given one of the following 4 ratings:

OS – Outstanding ; EE – Exceeds Expectations ; ME – Meets Expectations ; PME –Partially meets expectations;

The increment you receive for the year will be based on your performance rating.
