Greenfield Savings Bank | Retail Bank Northampton, Massachusetts
This 4,300 SF Retail Bank is a new ground up building for Greenfield Savings Bank. This is the fifth branch location for this local financial institution. Our contract was through The Colvest Group, a developer based out of Windsor, Connecticut. Throughout the project we collaborated with both the bank and the developer to create a design that would integrate seamlessly into the local history of the town. The arched window feature was suppose to identify with some of the local area train stations. This element is featured on both sides of the building with the arch way being carried through the main waiting and transaction area.

Rendering of Exterior Main Entrance| Phase Zero Design
Exterior rendering of front entrance was created in SketchUp and rendered in Artlantis rendering program. I worked on the SketchUp model and my co-worker Anh rendered the model in Artlantis.

Specific Job Tasks included;
Generated majority of Construction Documents with help from junior staff
Created base for 3D model, other team members helped develop and apply finishes to final model
Designed mill work at check writing station, teller line-up and privacy gate, collaborated with in-house interior designer
on mill work finishes.
Developed wall sections, plan details and section details
Issued SKA’s to the field during construction
Assisted Project Manager with Construction Administration Services
