RFID CHIP

From the very fi rst beginning, already 15 years ago, we supply almost all our ECS Pallets with an internal RFID Chip. The RFID chip is located inside the pallet runner.Only customers, who explicitly rejected it, are using pallets without the RFID chips.

To serve customers who work with pallets without these internal RFID chip and the customers who bought pallets with RFID chip that show a defect, we introduce an Durable External Solution.

How?• Manually. The chips are

available separately.

Available?• For customers who ordered

EggsCargoSystem, we can add the RFID chips to their supply.

• In all other cases, we send the required number of ECS RFID chips by courier.

Price?• On demand and depending

on numbers and freight tariffs.

The ECS RFID chip • The specs of the External

RFID chip are identical tothe Internal RFID chips.

For whom?• ECS customers who bought

EC Pallets including the RFID chip. In the unlikely situation it shows a RFID is not active, it can be replaced by an External RFID chip. Naturally, we supply these customers the ECS RFID chip for free.

• ECS customers who bought pallets without the RFID chip, but who want to use the electronic track and trace systems.

• Egg graders and processors working with other kind of plastic pallets.

Where?• The ECS RFID chip, made of

durable materials and provided with super glue, stick on all parts of the pallet runner. In normal use, including washing, theRFID chip will remain to stay.

• To have it always at the same place, we created a circle in our pallet. This way the customer can identify where to stick the RFID chip.
