After all the brainstorming by Design Team and others , A plan is finalised . A plan which is best suitable to food theme and which is smooth in functional is considered good for execution.

This is the point of time at which, We adopt this baby plan and nourish it with 1. Preparation of Budget

2. Preparation of Tender Document

3. Coordination with Procurement

4. On site Execution of Project which includes Receipt / Installation / Testing / Commissioning of all the equipment

5. And last but not least , co-ordination with all service agencies so that installation & commissioning of equipment takes place.

Only after all the above a project is well executed and can be handed over to operator.

A plan, once ready and approved in concept is considered for chalking out Actual Bill of Quantity and issuance of Tender Document. Tender Document is a very crucial document which is a bridge between owner and supplier / service provider. Our Legal & Administrative Team checks out all practical aspects, pens down a viable document which defines scope of activities for each party involved in the project. Once through, Tender Document is issued inclusive of

We ensure smooth co-ordination and cooperation among all the agencies so that kitchen shapes up the way it is designed and is best for operations. Execution Team do not leave any stone unturned. We see to it that all the service agencies and utility providers work in best interest of each other . After Successful job execution by all the agencies , it ‘s time to Handover of Kitchens .
