วตถประสงคของการรกษาวณโรค

1.เพ อใหผปวย หายขาดจากวณโรค ในเวลาสนท สด และ 1.เพ อใหผปวย หายขาดจากวณโรค ในเวลาสนท สด และ รบกวนการใชชวต ตามปกตของผปวยนอยท สด

2.เพ อปองกนการตายจากวณโรคหรอภาวะแทรกซอน

3.เพ อปองกนการกลบเปนซา หรอ ดอยา3.เพ อปองกนการกลบเปนซา หรอ ดอยา

4.เพ อปองกนชมชน จากการแพรเชอของผปวย

3.ไมมประโยชน ท จะเอาชนะการดอยา ดวยการเพมขนาดยาหรอเพมยาทละตว

ปจจยเส ยงของการเกดเชอดอยา

1.การเคยรกษาในอดตท ไมตอเน อง เปนปจจยเส ยงท สาคญท สดของการดอยา ยงเคยรกษาอยนานเทาไร ยงมโอกาสเกดการดอของการดอยา ยงเคยรกษาอยนานเทาไร ยงมโอกาสเกดการดอยามากเทานน พบวา หากเคยกนยานาน < 2 เดอน พบการดอยา รอยละ 7 หากเคยกนยานานกวา 1 ป พบการดอยาประมาณ รอยละ 20 – 30

2.แผลโพรง ยงใหญ ยงพบการดอยาไดมาก2.แผลโพรง ยงใหญ ยงพบการดอยาไดมาก

3.ภาวะท ทาใหผปวยทานยาไดไมสม าเสมอ เชน เรรอน อายมาก เอดส เบาหวาน ฯ
