The decisions of the Board of Appeals with regard to the said transfers are presented herewith. 03. Accordingly, all the transfers, which were due to be effective from 01.03.2021 to which no change was made as per the decision of the said Board of Appeals, shall be effective from 01.03.2021 and the transfer cycles of which dates after 01.03.2021 have been particularly mentioned, shall be effective on the said dates. 04. The officers, who are dissatisfied with the transfer orders, are able to make appeals to the Public Service Commission and those appeals should be submitted to reach me on or before 19.02.2021 (Appeals submitted after the said date will be rejected.) 05. Further, those appeals should be submitted by the duly perfected format No. 5A mentioned in Public Administration Circular No. 17/2020 on annual transfers of Sri Lanka Accountants’ Service – 2021. 06. Accordingly, it is kindly informed to take action to release all the officers, who are subjected to transfers, from current service stations enabling them to assume duties at the new service stations on the relevant date without waiting for the replacements. 07. At such instance where an officer, who has duly received a transfer order on an annual transfer process, does not report for duty at his new service station, the Head of the Department/Institution, to which the officer has received the transfer, should take action to issue the notice on vacation of post as per the Section 217 of the Procedural Rules of the Public Service Commission. Appeals on annual transfers of Sri Lanka Accountants’ Service – 2021

This is with reference to the annual transfers of the officers of Sri Lanka Accountants’ Service made for

year 2021.

02. The decisions of the Board of Appeals with regard to the said transfers are presented herewith.

03. Accordingly, all the transfers, which were due to be effective from 01.03.2021 to which no

change was made as per the decision of the said Board of Appeals, shall be effective from 01.03.2021 and

the transfer cycles of which dates after 01.03.2021 have been particularly mentioned, shall be effective on

the said dates.

04. The officers, who are dissatisfied with the transfer orders, are able to make appeals to the Public

Service Commission and those appeals should be submitted to reach me on or before 19.02.2021

(Appeals submitted after the said date will be rejected.)

05. Further, those appeals should be submitted by the duly perfected format No. 5A mentioned in

Public Administration Circular No. 17/2020 on annual transfers of Sri Lanka Accountants’ Service –

2021.

06. Accordingly, it is kindly informed to take action to release all the officers, who are subjected to

transfers, from current service stations enabling them to assume duties at the new service stations on the

relevant date without waiting for the replacements.

07. At such instance where an officer, who has duly received a transfer order on an annual transfer

process, does not report for duty at his new service station, the Head of the Department/Institution, to

which the officer has received the transfer, should take action to issue the notice on vacation of post as per

the Section 217 of the Procedural Rules of the Public Service Commission.
