SENA-HHP is a business partnership between SENA Development Public Company Limited and Hankyu Hanshin Proper-ties Corp. (Japan) to work together in property development in Thailand. Through the SENA-HHP collaboration, various end products of the Geo fit+ process will be incorporated in the SENA-HHP projects in Thailand to enhance comfort, convenience, safety, and best use of space. The residents will also benefit from the feedback process because both SENA Development and Hankyu Hanshin Properties f irmly believe that only through attentive after-sales service to maintain product quality that they can maintain long-term customer trust.

Geo fit+ is an on-going process to collect feedbacks from residents in order to improve the residents’ comfort, convenience and safety. The process starts with collecting the opinions and suggestions from the residents and customers. This is followed by prototype designs and usability testing in our Geo fit+ Lab which simulates real living space. The prototypes are tested by residents and customers of different ages for feedbacks, developed into products, and eventually installed for the residents. Then the same process starts again because we firmly believe that the best home is one that best serves the residents’ needs.

Geo fit+ Lab is our product testing laboratory in Japan that is specially designed to simulate real living space in order to ensure that our new products combine real-life convenience, comfort and best use of space with stylish designs. The Lab exhibits the product prototypes of kitchens, washstands, bathrooms, toilets and storage space that come from the customers’ suggestions. They are tested by the customers and residents and their feedbacks are used to refine the prototypes before they become new products.

In this recent, the ‘Sharing’ concept such as Co-bike or Car sharing among residents in the same condominium has received wide acceptancewith its purpose of commute together or even go shopping together. This ‘sharing’ also contribute to environmental sustainability and reduce the use of parking space.

ปลั๊กไฟฟาสูงจากพื้นWall outlets 400 mm. above floor

ปลั๊กจะอยูสูงกวาพื้นประมาณ 400 มิลลิเมตร เพื่อที่ผูสูงอายุ จะไดไมตองกมตัวลงมาเพื่อใสหรือถอดปลั๊กไฟThe outlets are 400 mm. above the floor so the residents do not have to crouch to use them.

ทางลาดSlopes

เช่ือมสวนตางๆ เพ่ือความสะดวกของผูท่ีใชเกาอ้ีเข็นและรถเข็นเด็ก โดยจะมีทางลาดต้ังแตท่ีจอดรถทางเขาตึกเขาสูประตูเปดปดอัตโนมัติ และทางเขาลิฟท โดยออกแบบเนนความคลองตัวและความปลอดภัยของผูอยูอาศัยเปนสำคัญ Slopes, elevators and automatic doors from the ground entrance and parking lot to residential units enable people in wheelchairs or those with baby carriages to move around conveniently and safely.

บันไดStairs

บันไดขั้นแรกทั้งจากตอนขึ้นและลงจะติดพื้นกันลื่น จะเห็นไดชัดเพราะเปนคนละสีกับบันไดขั้นอื่นๆ และมีราวจับเพื่อความมั่นคงในการเดินขึ้นลงของผูสูงอายุA highly-visible non-slip surface on the first and last step of the stairs encourages elderly residents not to lose their footings. A handrail along the stairs acts as support and increases safety for senior citizens.

The 900-mm. wide corridor in resident’s unit offers an extra commo-dious for daily life especially for Wheelchair user or resident with large-size belongings.

• ในป 2019 เสนา ฮันคิว ฮ ันชิน สามารถควารางวัล IAUD International Design Award 2019 ประเภทที ่อยู อาศัยและสถาปตยกรรม จากประเทศญี่ปุน สำหรับการนำแนวคิด “Geo fit+” มาปรับใชสำหรับการออกแบบและการบริการที่มีความใสใจในรายละเอียดภายในโครงการที่อยูอาศัย

In 2019, SENA Hankyu Hanshin marked as the first and only developer who won the IAUD International Design Award 2019 in Housing and Architecture category from Japan, from the thought-fulness adaptation of “Geo fit+” concept in residential project’s design and service, in order to respond the residents’ ultimate needs for living.

Although earthquakes are extremely rare in Thailand, Japan’s modern building technology provides maximum safety and minimise damages in case of emergency.
