”Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.” Proverbs 4:23 DUE: Wednesday: October 26, 2011 Saturday: October 29, 2011 “Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:14 Your assignment this week is this: 1. Review the “Identity in Christ” table. 2. PRAY; specifically, thank God for ALL He has done for you in Christ, identifying some of those by name that you learned in the table. Record some that stand out to you here: Agree with Him about one of the specific weaknesses, thanking Him for His provision for you to walk in humble reliance upon Him in that area. What are some of the things He has done (or means of grace He has provided) that you will use to battle that sin and walk in fellowship with Him? Ask Him to help you grow in sanctification. 3. Read over the “Sanctification” table. 4. Identify ONE thing that impacts you. Maybe it’s something new that you never realized before; maybe it’s something that elevates your esteem for God, or His Word, or the body, or the responsibilities God has given you; maybe it’s something that encourages you, or that you need to apply. Write it down, and describe why you chose it. 5. What is your response and commitment to what you’ve identified in step 3 or step 4? BE SPECIFIC—you should be able to look back and clearly see if you have fulfilled your commitment or not. Take the time to write out a prayer in your journal or on a separate piece of paper (NOT to turn in). Express your reliance on Him, and your thankfulness for ALL He has provided to enable you to grow. As you pray to God each day, continue to ask Him for His grace to grow you in this area.

“Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:14

Your assignment this week is this:

1. Review the “Identity in Christ” table.

2. PRAY; specifically, thank God for ALL He has done for you in Christ, identifying some of those by name that you learned in the table. Record some that stand out to you here:

Agree with Him about one of the specific weaknesses, thanking Him for His provision for you to walk in humble reliance upon Him in that area.
