The idea that you’re NOTHING WITHOUT YOUR HEALTH is very present in my mind and has shapedhow we approach what we do.
My 15 Years of Journey into Corporate World followed by in roads to Spiritualism and Vedic Healing exposed me to a virtual reality that stressed corporate life is nothing but Corporate Misery and this phenomenon is worldwide. It compelled me to seek and venture into a realm of spiritual and mental wellness.
For many organizations, healthcare costs are one of their biggest financial issues. This means that innovative wellness programs aren’t just “nice to have” – they are essential to the success of the organization.
From a business perspective, helping employees improve their health can help improve the bottom line through reduced healthcare costs, improved productivity and making better organizational decisions.
My life-long passion to make healing as important as curing continues as I focus on helping people evolve, achieve and thrive by means of actionable behaviour change with focus on Mindful Intent, Total Well-Being, Healthy Relationships & Health Promotion.
We look forward to promoting mindfulness as a tool to help people become more resilient and able to deal more effectively with the challenges we will all face as a 21st century workforce.
Dr. Amitabh Singh is a Management Graduate from University of Chicago, followed by Doctorate in Behavioral Science from University of Cincinnati.
