• This is not possible to feed all the data into computer

• This is not possible to take it the printout of all the drums (because it will take 128 ft paper) per shift per machine.

• Comparison of all the parameters are not possible due to unavailable of data.

• Compare only the machine wise production, off time, speed and efficiency.

What is the Problem ?

• Without its maintain the machines on the basis of assumption.

• Delayed in Maintaining abnormal drums.• Confusion and misunderstanding between the

departments.• Long term comparison is not possible to finding

out the repetition of abnormalities.• Drum wise data not available.

What we do

Only by pressing a Single key at the time of Shift end, Interface Box fetch the drum wise data from the printer and stored into PC

What we do

• The MIS software analyze all the data.• It will prepared 30 various types of MIS,

analytical and comparable statements.

• It will take only 1 hrs. time to process all the working after the ending of shift.

• Each and every user can view the reports on its PC and no need to required flow of papers.

Analysis of data

• Find out the M/c wise, lot wise, count wise production report.

• Find out the Abnormal drum data with specific reasons.

• Find out the Full MIC reports into 4-5 pages.• Compare M/c to M/c, section to section, count to

count and drum to drum data.

Earning Due to Increase in Efficiency and Reduction of Hard waste

• Increased Earning due to Increase in EfficiencyDue to reduced drum down–time the expected efficiency increases by as much as 5%. Even if we expect a modest figure of 2%, this will lead to a increased production of 2%. Each Autoconer produces 2000 Kg. of yarn @Rs. 10 per Kg i.e. Rs. 20,000 per day. The increased earning due 2% efficiency will be Rs. 400 per day per Autoconer. Then the saving per autoconer in a year is

Rs. 400 x 365 days = Rs. 1,46,000

• Reduction of hard wasteDue to maintaining of cuts, joints and cycles expected reduction of hard waste by 0.2%. Even if we expect a modest figure of 0.1%, this will lead to a increased production of 0.1%. Then the saving per autoconer in a year is Rs. 100 per Kg x 0.1% x 2000 Kg x 365 days = Rs. 73,000

• If we does not considered the paper saving cost and manpower cost then the total saving per machine would be

More than Rs. 2 lacs due to improving of efficiency and reducing of hard waste.
