Our eLearning courses are available so that all our employees can benefit from improved leadership, customer services, and even people skills. We also build targeted energy efficiency, and health and safety best practice training and awareness courses.

Our highly experienced technical team is there to maintain your assets and ensure your site runs without disruption. Self-delivery experts, we provide all core M&E and HVAC maintenance, including specialist chiller and lighting service. Our engineers and 24/7 service desk are supported by a CAFM system and technically qualified managers who are ready for anything.
In addition to emergency call outs we can provide dedicated static engineering presence on site full-time or, should there be no need for a fulltime presence, schedule in regular visits from our highly adaptable, site-inducted, multi-skilled M&E mobile engineering resources. In addition to this, our in-house specialised combustion and refrigeration mobile resources are on hand in a fully-equipped fleet.
