The Belly Fat Expose

Introduction

Unwanted belly fat is a problem that almost all of us suffer from during atleast one part of our lives. For many, it is an ongoing problem that onlygets worse as we age.

By the same token, despite its familiarity in our lives, most of us havelittle understanding of the nature of belly fat, the reason it is so difficultto remove, and the consequences of allowing it to hang around for anylength of time.

In this special report I will be addressing these issues and revealing factsabout belly fat that very few people have been exposed to before. Ipromise you that by the time you have reached the end of this report youwill never again look at your belly in quite the same way!

So be prepared – the information in this report is surprising, more than alittle shocking, and even (dare I say it) downright gross in parts. But youneed to know this stuff, so I am going to put it all out there and holdnothing back. You deserve to know the truth.

Of course, I am not going to simply alert you to the facts about belly fat.I also want to make sure you are able to take action to rid yourself ofexcess belly fat if you should need to do so.

To this end, I have written a separate, far more detailed book on thesubject, called Claim Your Six Pack Abs. In this fully developed product, you will find fat burning tips, meals, and workouts to destroy belly fat. Besure to look for more information about Claim Your Six Pack Abs at theend of this special belly fat report.

The Truth About Belly Fat

At a very superficial level most of us are hyper-aware of our excess bodyfat because it creates a sense of body dis-morphia. When we look into themirror each day and see that excess body fat that sits on our waistlineand makes our clothes feel tight and uncomfortable, it does more thanmake us wonder about what kind of diet we might try next to remove it.

This fat that hangs over our belts, and which gets called all sorts ofnames - pot belly, spare tire, love handles, beer belly – it acts as aconstant reminder that we are not fully in control of our own body, that,at least on the outside, we have become someone who we do notrecognize as being us, and that realization nibbles away at our core senseof who we are and what we have achieved.

In short, belly fat takes a toll on our mental health, and this is before wehave even begun to consider the far more serious effects on our physicalhealth, which I am about to touch on now.

One of the problems we face when dealing with belly fat is that we tendto underestimate its potential to do us real bodily harm. When we think ofa protruding tummy we tend to imagine that the fat is just sittingunderneath the skin, like fat elsewhere on our body. But stomach fat isvery different in its composition than fat found elsewhere on your body. Itis not just unsightly, spoiling your physical appearance, and making ithard to attract a potential mate, or secure the confidence of the boss forthe new job promotion, belly fat is now considered to be seriouslydangerous to your long term health.

The fat that makes our bellies protrude actually resides inside the body, underneath the muscles, and it is of a very different kind to the fat that

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

exists say on your hips, thighs, or the backs of your arms. This latter typeof fat is quite different, and merely sits on top of the muscles justunderneath the skin.

For many years, doctors have known that people who are 'apple-shaped'-which is to say they tend to store their fat around their waist - have ahigher risk for chronic medical conditions than people whose bodiesconform to more of a 'pear-shape' because they store fat in their lowerbody – on their hips, buttocks and thighs. But as to the reasons why thismight be the case, well, that was pretty much a complete mystery.

Today, however, with the advent of medical imaging devices that are ableto unobtrusively peer directly inside our bodies to provide detailed imagesof every section of the tissues that make us up, things are changing.Scientists can now get a better look at the nature of belly fat, therebyopening up insights into its behavior in regards to our hormone balanceand its affect on overall health.

Going Beneath The Surface Of Things...

Almost everyone is at least partly familiar with the vital organs that arementioned time and again on our favorite medical shows. The heart, theliver, the kidneys, the spleen, the... omentum?

OK, I've just thrown at you an anatomical term that most people willhave never been exposed to before. So do not feel the least bit guilty forhaving skipped biology class the day the omentum was discussed, because chances are your biology teacher overlooked this organ too.

Measuring approximately 14 inches in length and 10 inches in width, thislayer of fatty tissue that we call the omentum hangs down like an aproninside the abdomen. It is positioned in front of the intestines but sitsunderneath the stomach muscles. The lower edge of this fatty mass goesdown near the pelvis in the lower abdominal area. At its upper edge it isattached to the transverse colon which is located just below the stomach.

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

If you like, you can think of your omentum as your "belly fat bag".

For most people, hearing that they have a physical organ in their bellywhich is responsible for storing fat is more than a little surprising. Howdid we get through science classes without ever managing to hear aboutit? The short answer seems to be that it is NOT one of the vital organs, and that life-threatening conditions have not been thought in the past tobe strongly related to the functioning of this organ. When something likeour pancreas shuts down and stops producing the all important enzymeswe need for daily bodily functioning, we learn about it in short order. Butthe omentum is more of a slow motion regulator of bodily processes, andhas never managed to achieve much of the limelight.

The Omentum - A Strange Looking Thing Indeed

When you are lean, and have a healthy (high) ratio of muscle to fat inyour body, your omentum will be quite thin and certainly in no waynoticeable to you. In appearance, the omentum looks a great deal likepanty hose with wide webbing. But as you begin to become overweight, the organ grows larger as globules of fat fill up the spaces of the webbing.

Also called the 'lace apron', the omentum drapes over the stomach area, but when it begins to clog with fat it becomes bunched up and clumped. It is at this point that an excessively large omentum becomes a tickingtime bomb, releasing dangerous inflammatory chemicals into thebloodstream. These chemicals harm organs, and tissues in the abdomen, and set the stage for disease.

Because of its illustrative value, and because quality images of humanomenta are hard to come across, reproduced below is a photograph fromNew Scientist magazine which shows the omentum from an autopsiedelephant. You can clearly see the connective webbed tissue that makes

up the organ. The equivalent organ in humans looks very similar, only alot smaller. Hey, I warned you that this stuff was kind of gross :)

As one of the main fat reservoirs in the body, the omentum varies greatlyin size depending of how much fat has accumulated within it. Whenswollen with deposited fat, the omentum is responsible for that wellknown 'pot belly' shape we love to make fun of, and it can be quite firmto the touch, not soft and marshmallowly like you might expect.

Until recently the omentum had been thought to be relatively inert tissue. But science is slowly revealing the secrets of the omentum, showing thatit is actually dynamic tissue having many functions other than just thestorage of fat.

For example, the omentum provides both protective cushioning andstructural integrity (acts as a kind of glue) for our internal organs. So itcan be viewed as something of a safety net for the bits and pieces thatmake up the complex biology of the digestive system. Of course, somepeople have more protective cushioning than others – much more thanthey need, and much more than is healthy for them.

The Omentum Gains Celebrity Status - The Oprah Show

In 2006, while appearing on the Oprah show, Dr. Oz introduced Oprah'saudience to the omentum. At the time the organ was largely unknown tothe general public, so the celebrity status the omentum receivedovernight was something of a boon to those interested in helping peopleto lose weight. Until that time, belly fat was seen as a relativelyacceptable health risk, and was certainly not considered to be potentiallyvery harmful, the way we now know it to be. By introducing the omentumto the general public, and making it socially acceptable to discuss healthmatters of such importance, Oprah and Dr. Oz have probably saved manylives.

In the still from the Oprah Show episode above, Dr. Oz can be seenholding an enlarged omentum that was taken from a man who died ofheart disease. He was only 30 to 40 pounds overweight. In contrast, themuch smaller omentum that Oprah is holding came from a person with ahealthy body weight.

The Belly Fat Expose

The Chemistry Of Belly Fat

Unfortunately, it turns out that the fat cells inside the omentum do morethan simply act as storage containers for harmless excess fat. A numberof powerful chemicals are produced by cells in the omentum that activelydisrupt the body's metabolism and promote inflammation. This in turnsets the stage for killer diseases to take root, something that is all toocommon an occurrence in our modern day sedentary world.

No matter whether you happen to be male or female, a consequence ofexcess belly fat is the production of excess quantities of the femalehormone estrogen. For a man, this is not good news. His "manliness" willbegin to subside as female hormones override his 'manly' masterhormone testosterone.

This higher than normal level of estrogen in an overweight man willchange his body from one that is firm and muscular, to one that is flabbyand soft. In all likelihood he will feel fatigued, grumpy, and maybe even

The Belly Fat Expose

depressed.

Problems in the bedroom, and fertility issues, are also likely to be 'partand parcel' of this feminization effect. It goes without saying that thissituation detracts from maximal health and an enjoyable life.

Nor do women escape their share of estrogen-induced 'female' problems. These range from mildly irritating "discomforting" problems, to massivelyintrusive conditions such as breast cancer. Many women will gain belly fatonce they pass the age of 30, and more than half of all women over theage of 35 years find themselves on a merry-go-round of hormoneimbalances attributed to estrogen overload.

You may already be suffering in silence from one of these estrogen-related problems because you have been led to believe that your miseryis simply a normal part of the aging process. But what research isshowing us is that an extra large belly will cause its victim to age at apremature and accelerated rate, and this effect can be even moredangerous to one's health than the risks associated with cigarettesmoking.

More Than Just A Villain?

Despite the fact that a fat-engorged omentum can lead to serious healthconsequences, it is important that you not start thinking of your poor oldomentum as an evil organ which ought to be excised from your body (notthat this would even possible to do without lowering your short termsurvival odds dramatically – in short, we are stuck with it).

Your omentum does more than ensure a tight waistband when you overindulge with food. It is chock-full of important nutrients and hormonesthat stimulate growth and repair.

It also contains stem cells, those valuable inherited genetic 'blueprint' or'ancestral' cells that get scientists so excited with dreams of one daybeing able to grow life-giving body tissues and even entire body organsfrom them.

The omentum also plays an important role in disease prevention, andcontains germ-fighting cells that attack infections in the abdomen andseal them off so they can do no harm to the delicate internal organs. Some experts have referred to the omentum as "the policeman of theabdomen".

So, yes, the omentum should not be viewed as your partner in crimewhen you hit the refrigerator late at night during your junk food raids. Itis far closer to victim of abuse than villain.

But as I have suggested earlier on, this essential organ of ours can be asource of terrible problems for us when we mistreat it. If blood flow to theomentum is disrupted, due for example to an injury, the resulting painand tenderness can easily be mistaken for appendicitis.

The Stress Connection

You probably do not need me to remind you that stress can negativelyaffect your health. The good news is that we are very well designed tocope with acute stress for periods of time, provided that we alternatethese with rest and relaxation. In fact, a little stress is actually healthy forus because it gives the complex enzymatic systems that control ourbodies a workout and this helps to keep them in top shape.

As with almost all optimized biological systems, the key to long termsurvival for each of us is the attainment of a point of balance - a dialedback throttle that is on idle but ready for action at any time. It is whenwe allow prolonged periods of stress to throw off this delicate balancethat problems can develop.

When stress becomes the norm in our lives, rather than the exception, the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline build up to excessive levelsand our body has to find a way to cope with them. It is at this point thatthe 'omentum' kicks in, sucking up these circulating stress hormones likea blotter clearing the system.

On the face of it, this seems like the appropriate action, but it has itsconsequences, and they are not all good. The stress hormones stimulate

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

the omentum to store more fat to dissipate and dilute those samehormones. The end result is stress stimulates the growth of that potbelly, which further increases your level of stress, leading to a kind ofmerry-go-around that is hard to get off.

If this "stress into fat" response seems like a poorly-designed element ofthe overall architecture of human physiology, it really is not. Theresponse worked well over a period of hundreds of thousands ofgenerations of human evolution, increasing the odds that any oneindividual would be able to survive stress-filled periods when food wasscarce, by accumulating what fat it could to use at a future date.

The only problem now is that our modern day stresses are not generallyborne of food shortages, and that ancient directive to fill your mouth withfood when stress hits now works against us in a big way, adding to thegrowing epidemic of obesity that we are facing today.

So, yes, while that growing pot belly of yours might be spoiling yourphysical appearance, what it is doing to your insides is far moredangerous. It is basically poisoning you, and setting you up for a chroniccondition known as 'metabolic syndrome'. When metabolic syndrometakes root things begin to go haywire. Hormones, blood sugars, and fatsbecome unbalanced, and the risk of heart attack, stroke and other seriousdiseases increases.

Most people aged between 35 and 45 years are at risk of developingmetabolic syndrome, and the principal means by which this condition canbe avoided is to reduce belly fat.

So what can you do? The first thing would be to assess your current risk.A simple blood test can tell you a great deal. If you discover that yourvital statistics are outside the normal range (as discussed below) you willknow that it is time to make some changes to your lifestyle, such as toincorporate a sensible exercise regime and develop healthy eating habits.

Here are some of the tell-tale signs of metabolic syndrome:

• Waist measurement larger than 35 inches for women, and40 inches for men

• Blood pressure higher than 130/85

• HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) lower than 40 forwomen and 50 for men

• Triglyceride (blood fat) level higher than 150

• Blood sugar higher than 100 after fasting

How The Modern World Is WreakingHavoc On Your Belly

The life we live today, and the diet that is available to us, has changedsubstantially from what could have been expected just a hundred or soyears ago. Daily we are presented with a calorie-rich selection of foodsthat are usually within reach twenty four hours a day.

The trouble is, that easy access to food (most of it less than healthy forus) is interfering with the delicate balance of our bodies. Biologically, weare still geared toward life as it was thousands of years ago. Our geneticblueprint has not had time to adapt to the large changes in eating habitsthat have been put in place over the last century.

Consider for a moment some of the ways things have changed, oftendramatically:

1) We are not nearly as physically active as our ancestors were – technology, motorization, manufacturing, and household appliances of alltypes have conspired to rob us of the daily physical activity that kept ourmetabolisms primed and ready to burn fat.

2) We live in a fast-paced, hectic world that causes stress-inducedillness. Although we are well equipped to handle 'fight or flight' situationalstress, we are not built to cope with the chronic ongoing stress that manyof us face on a daily basis. It overwhelms our adrenal glands as theynever get a chance to shut off.

3) Our bodies were never meant to ingest the mountain of highly-processed and refined foods that fill our supermarkets. Our food has gonefrom natural, whole foods, that were eaten raw or cooked from scratch,to empty, de-natured non-foods which are void of nutrients, vitamins,

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

and minerals, and which instead are full of chemicals, preservatives, andadditives. But the one thing these 'empty' foods do not lack is calories.

4) Many of the chemicals that enter our bodies come in with our food, butthey also get inside us from (unavoidably) interacting the environment, through our skin, our breathing, and our water. There are some 90,000chemicals approved for use in the world and many of them find a wayinto our bodies and slowly destroy our health.

As regards that last point, our bodies are tasked with the monumental jobof trying to keep us from being poisoned at every turn. As the cleansingpathways become overwhelmed the body will isolate these toxicsubstances and do its best to shove them into storage places as far awayfrom major organs as possible.

One of the more convenient and efficient isolation mechanisms involvesthe use of body fat as the storage vehicle. When coping with the task ofclearing toxins from the body, generating fat is an easy solution that getsthe short-term cleanup done fast. The trouble is, it then becomes virtuallyimpossible to lose fat from your body while eating a diet full of unhealthyprocessed foods. The body would be risking doing harm to itself, and ourin-built survival mechanisms would not permit this to proceed very far.

Do you imagine for a moment that our ancestors ever had to consider'dieting' to lose weight? Adding excessive fatty tissue to our bodies is arelatively new phenomenon that has now become even more difficult todeal with because of the complex interplay between our bodies and thetoxicity of the environment we live in.

These days most people who have researched the subject at all know thatyou cannot lose weight by dieting, and that it always comes back onagain once you abandon the diet. But what few people realize is that onceyou get on that merry-go-round of yo-yo dieting you predispose yourselfto ongoing metabolism and hormonal problems. These will not only

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

trigger more fat storage but make losing that fat in the future nearlyimpossible.

So, having read this far into the report you should now be starting to seethat having a fat-clogged omentum inside your abdominal cavity is not atall good for your health, never mind your appearance.

The only way to properly measure the size of your omentum is with a CTscan, which is not a practical solution because of the associated expense. So we generally have to rely on the evidence that your body shapeprovides, and the actual size of your midsection. If you have a protrudingtummy and it feels firm when you push it, and you have an apple-shapedbody, then it is likely that your omentum is storing way more fat than itshould be.

Your waist measurement is the simplest way to keep an eye on what ishappening with your midsection, as even a waist measurement of 35inches for women and 40 inches for men means that your omentum hasswelled to a thickness of 5 inches and is starting to cause mischief withinyour body. It will be releasing inflammatory chemicals that irritate yourblood vessels. This irritation can turn into tissue damage, high bloodpressure, hardening of the arteries, and stimulate high levels of LDL

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

(bad) cholesterol – all of which are conditions that can lead to life-threatening diseases.

As more is learned about the harmful conditions that a fat-filled omentumhas on your health, experts are practicing caution and recommendingthat - to avoid the attendant health risks - you stay within a waistmeasurement of just 32 inches for women and 35 inches for men.

So How Do You Shrink Your Omentum?

I'll bet that's the one question that has been on your mind since Iintroduced you to the big O, and no, I don't mean Oprah :)

Now, I promised at the beginning that I was going to shed light on what ittakes to destroy your excess belly fat, and that's exactly what I am aboutto do.

The good news is that if you lose some fat weight the omentum and thefat around your vital organs, like your heart, liver, and kidneys, will bethe first things to shrink when you start losing the fat.

In addition to that, as you reduce these stores of body fat you willautomatically be reducing the total amount of inflammatory chemicalsthat are being deposited into your body. This in turn will lead to areduction in the levels of stress-inducing hormones that are causing yourbody to gain fat weight.

So by now it should be apparent to you, now that you know about theexistence of your omentum, that losing weight is not something to beembarked upon simply because you want to change your outwardappearance.

You should be wanting to lose the weight in large part because of what it

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

will mean to the health of your internal organs. Yes, that sounds all verymedical, and not the least bit sexy, but understanding the differencebetween why you would want to lose weight to look hot, as opposed tolive longer, may just be the difference between actually living longer ornot.

You should therefore take encouragement from the fact that reducing all-over body fat percentage will not only make a difference in the size ofyour omentum, but it will have positive health benefits overall.

As an example, you can expect improvements in blood pressure (usuallylowered), lowered blood sugars and blood fats, and more balancedhormonal levels. These improvements in blood chemistry will begin totake place long before you see any outward signs of physical weight loss. This is why a healthy body weight is important - it means much more toyou than a physically smaller belly. It means there will be far fewerharmful chemicals produced by the fat surrounding your vital organs, chemicals which will act to hinder their proper functioning.

Is Healthy Eating And Proper ExerciseEnough To Melt Your Internal Fat?

The way to rid yourself of a 'bigger than it should be' belly is actuallyfairly straightforward. It should come as no surprise to learn that the wayforward involves lifestyle changes, as this is indeed a lifestyle relateddisorder. The key lies with proper exercise and nutrition, and onlyrequires a willingness to accept that perhaps the time has come to finallyget serious and treat your body with the respect that it deserves – afterall, it is the one thing in your life that has the unique ability to help youreach old age!

In order to destroy the belly fat that caused you to pick up this report inthe first place, the first step is to understand and accept that the human

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

body in not designed to carry you into old age in an overweight and over-fat condition.

To be perfectly blunt our bodies are not even designed to get us to oldage. Evolutionarily speaking, there is only a small advantage to stickingaround beyond the age of about 50 years (and the extra advantageconferred by sticking around til the age of about 70 is that it gives youjust long enough to help see your grandchildren to adulthood andindependence).

So if you want to significantly increase your odds of surviving past thefirst 50 years, you need to shed the weight and slip into that second halfcentury in the best possible shape you can manage.

The second step you will need to make involves committing to the ideathat some effort will be required to make the necessary changes to yourmetabolism, right down at base level. In order to stimulate the rate atwhich your body burns fuel (calories) you will need to rebuild and re-tonemuscle tissue that has been weakened, or even lost, to disuse.

You will need this muscle so that you can burn off the excess internal fat.Avoid the temptation to focus only on abdominal exercises, since thesework only part of the body and you will need to concentrate on total bodyworkouts in order to get measurable fat loss results.

The bottom line is that only motivation and the willingness to follow awell-defined exercise and nutrition plan is separating you from the slimtrim body that you now have in your mind's eye. You can lose the bellyfat. You do not have to starve yourself, or do hours of long durationactivity. Incidentally, this low impact cardio-type activity does nothing tokeep your muscular system in good health. What you really need is aproper strength training exercise program that directly targets themuscles - strengthening them so the metabolic rate is boosted.

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

Surprisingly, you will not be required to spend long hours doing yourworkout program. Just 2-3 sessions each week with some effort put intoit is all it will take to begin seeing results.

The emphasis of your workouts should not be on hours of low intensityactivity, it should focus on short periods of moderate to high intensityexercise – exactly the kind to make the changes that are needed to yourbody, and ultimately your body weight.

Healthy eating is also a very important part of the 'belly fat' destructionprogram. An eating plan that provides your body with all the nutrients itneeds, while only slightly restricting the amount of calories consumed isthe way to go for the best results.

It is important to restrict your intake of processed foods, sugar, andstarch, while having the right balance of quality protein, complexcarbohydrates and healthy fats.

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

It is also important to not rely on the bathroom scales to measure yourprogress. There may not be a lot of movement or dramatic loss of bodyweight as your body composition (muscle/fat ratio) is improving.

As you gain high density muscle you will be losing the low density fat, sothe needle on the scales may hardly budge for the first couple of monthsof your new program. But we do know absolutely for sure that properexercise is extremely effective in reducing hidden intra-abdominal fat,and the result will be precious years added to your life if you stick withthe plan.

So if your omentum has gathered some momentum (all pun intended)and you are keen to wave goodbye to it, the old stand-bys of exerciseand healthy eating are the fastest and most effective way to regain yourformer shapeliness. Your omentum will be forced to give up its excess fatnaturally and that belly of yours will eventually flatten out and disappearfor good.

How I Got Into Shape By Eating Healthy

I hope you enjoyed learning about the strange organ inside you known asyour omentum, and how it affects your efforts to rid yourself of belly fat.Of course, what you have learned today is just the tip of the icebergwhen it comes to putting into action the optimal eating pland and workoutroutines for the destruction of belly fat.

As a wrap for this report it seems only fitting that I tell you a little aboutmyself and how I have used the principles of metabolic exercising andhealthy eating for fat loss to get into shape over the years.

Just like you, all I wanted was a lean, healthy, strong, and shapely body. Not too much to ask for in your youth, which is when I first becameoverly interested in the idea (in fact I became obsessed with it!)

But back in the eighties, when I got started, the fitness "experts" of theday believed that to get into good shape one had to starve oneself on low-calorie diets and do hours of long, slow, repetitive activity.

My friends and I spent many years doing just that. We dieted our socksoff. We walked, jogged, cycled, swam, and attended aerobics classes. And guess what? Not a lean, firm body in sight. For me, just the same oldskinny, flabby body that measured in at 23 percent body fat. Not much toshow for several years of hard work.

The Turning Point

Eventually, due to burn out and lower body injuries I was told that Iwould have to give up what I had been doing for perhaps a year. At thattime walking was an effort. I had shin splints and a stress fracture. So I

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

did the only thing that seemed left for me to do. I went to the gym andbegun a regimen of strength training.

I discovered that when the intense hunger I had become used to (from allthe endurance activity) was no longer an issue, eating better becameeasier. It seemed simpler just to eat more protein, eat more often, andget rid of the junk. And guess what? Within 6 months, body fat wasdropping off and a new firm body shape had begun to emerge. Progresswas so fast that within 18 months I found myself on a competitivebodybuilding stage and I went on to compete over 30 more times.

Since then I have helped hundreds of people (thousands if we count mygym members) get into better shape. Some of them have even gone onto compete in body shaping/physique contests themselves.

I consider my years of hands-on personal experience to be far morevaluable than the fitness/personal training qualifications I hold thatenable me to work in the fitness industry. What I have leaned aboutgetting into top physical shape is not taught in any university in the world.

You Can Do It Too

Today my goal is to share what I know with every person who has hadtrouble getting into shape and who needs a hand to do it. Because Icannot personally coach you I have taken the time to write down mysystem for controlling the amount of fat on my body, and belly fat inparticular. I call the system Claim Your Six Pack Abs.

The Belly Fat Expose

The Belly Fat Expose

This program is ideal for you:

• If you want to rediscover your abdominals and zero in onthat elusive six pack shapeliness.

• If you have ever struggled to lose weight and watchedhelplessly as the unwanted pounds just kept piling on...

• If you have tried every fad diet only to end up heavier.

• If you do not have time for hours of walking or jogging.

But any weight loss and muscle development program is only going tobenefit you in the long run if you can stick with it. That is why I havemade an effort to put together a system that requires:

• No conventional dieting

• No self denial
