Costello Realty &Mgmt. (CRM): Both Mark and Lorraine were
born and raised in Las Vegas. They have
extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas area and the real estate
market.
Marks grandparents were early settlers of Las Vegas arriving in
the early 1920s. Marks family owned
and operated several family businesses. Mark being the oldest of
five children learned as early as 11
years old what a real job was. After many successful years Mark
decided to change careers and joined
Lorraine as a business partner in the real estate industry.
Lorraines parents arrived in Las Vegas the summer of 1958.
Lorraines mother Eleanore Lamonte began
her long time successful career in the early 1960s. She was an
active broker and successful Realtor until
her passing in 2000. Watching her mother run a real estate
business, it seemed natural that in 1992
Lorraine became a Realtor, along with other family members
including her brother Bob and now her son
Matthew.
Mark and Lorraine have witnessed Las Vegas go from the small
town they were raised in, to what it is
today. Everything was changing rapidly, the pace was incredible
and year after year our small home
town of Las Vegas was soon the place that had it all.
On several occasions both Mark and Lorraine were asked by their
clients if they were interested in being
the managers of their investment properties. Since deciding to
add the property management division
to their business, they decided to create a Full Service Company
that stood on Old Fashion Values and
Integrity. Mark and Lorraine knew the only way to make the jump
into property management was to be
a different kind of manager. Mark and Lorraine decided to expand
their business from full service of
sales to include property management.
