Its complex taste has character and tones of leuce laced with pepper and a disnct sweet almond. Balsamic Aged for 20 years, our Silver Seal Balsamic is rich, thick as molasses and sweet with a tart edge that is great when pairing with cheeses, foie gras, truffles, steaks, baking products and specific spices.
