Michael Haynes is a B2B Customer and Marketing Strategy Specialist.
Michael has impressive and diverse expertise across both the SME and corporate B2B world. For more than 20 years he has worked with companies ranging from microbusinesses to large corporates in Australia and Canada including Kraft Foods, Telstra, Commonwealth Bank and Accenture, to develop and implement customer strategies and programs to drive business growth. Michael has also studied B2B at the world renowned Kellogg School of Management in the USA. Turning 40 was Michael’s light bulb moment; he wanted to take a break. He volunteered in South America for six months and then founded his consulting firm 2excell. In addition to being very passionate about helping to create truly customer-centric organizations, Michael is also an avid traveller with the aim to travel to every continent on the planet.

GARRETH CHANDLER
Garreth Chandler is a professional market researcher and strategy consultant. Garreth has been working with businesses for over 20 years in Australia, the United States and throughout the Asia Pacific Region. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Evolve Research and Consulting. He is also a founding partner of the Insights Technology start-up, Twist of Lime. Garreth’s passions are technology, buyer behaviour and organizational theory. In his spare time, he hangs out with his family, reads literature and travels.
