Traditional Gusto Day 01 – Adega da Quinta Restaurant

We would like to welcome Vodafone to a dinner

at the stunning Adega da Quinta, a former manor

house in Quinta do Estreito. A picturesque

restaurant with panoramic windows overlooking

the breathtaking view of the Câmara de Lobos

bay and picture-perfect garden.

This charming setting offers a variety of delicious

local dishes, such as the famous “espetadas”.

Complement this heavenly experience by tasting

the Madeira wine, Ginja or local brandy from

their exquisite wine cellar.

During the course of dinner a local folklore

performance will take place, allowing guests to

truly absorb the island heritage.

Discover the city by the famous Tuk Tuk, an exciting

way to discover the hidden charms of the city.

This unique vehicle will wind its way through the

renown Old town, then winding its way to the

charming market. Now we’re going to park our tuk

tuk and appreciate the beauty of Madeira by taking

the cable car to Monte. For our adventurous of the

group, we suggest descending on the legendary

toboggan.

Back in the city center we’re going to indulge

ourselves with a exquisite wine tasting at the

notorious “Madeira Wine Company”. To restore our

energy, lunch will be served at a delicious local

restaurant “Vila do Peixe”, at the picturesque

fisherman village Câmara de Lobos.

Embark on a quest to the world of green, of

flowers, of extreme beauty and uniqueness.

The first part of our quest starts at the distinctive

Orchid Garden with more than 50,000 plants.

Walk through this garden and truly appreciate

the beauty of the different breeds and their

habitat. Now that we’ve observed, lets get our

hands dirty by re-potting plants and putting

epiphytes on tree trunks.

We shall continue our adventure in the Botanical

Garden. Here we’ll find endemic flowers of

Madeira as well as brought from all over the

world, allowing our eyes to gaze at the exotic

palette of colors.

Let us take you on a thrilling adventure by crossing the canyons of the “Madeira Laurissilva Forest”. Our voyagers will have to climb, jump, rappel, swim, cross waterfalls with a rope and mountaineering equipment in order to complete this mission.

Before starting this quest a in-depth briefing and skilled guide will be done. (this activity requires a high level of fitness)

OR

Prepare yourself for a unique experience, unforgettable moments and dazzling views on board of our Jeeps discovering Madeira.

We’ll slowly make our way to Seixal, (a small village on the north coast) at Terras do Avô vineyard for a lovely wine tasting whilst listening to a brief presentation about the wines.

Enjoy the mystical nature of Madeira, blended

with fascinating water canals. These canals

carries water from the mountains to the

plantations below, known as levadas.

Embark on a incredible walk through these

unique irrigation channels to discover

breathtaking sceneries, waterfalls and other

hidden parts of the island.

Prepare yourself for a unique and exciting

mountain bike quest. Along ancient trails thru

Madeira’s subtropical humid forest.

Whilst admiring this immense and intense green,

you’ll pass by remote villages and learn about

their local traditions.

Adventurous Island Day 02 – Activities – Option 5

A unique tour through the quaint fisherman

village of Câmara de Lobos in a fun and

innovative electric cars, known as the bubble

cars.

Heading to Cabo Girão, the highest sea cliff from

Europe, take a moment to marvel at this awe-

inspiring view.

Back in Câmara de Lobos, will now embark on a

aquatic quest on board of a boat. Where we’ll

have a chance to get close, touch them and even

swim with dolphins.

A Glamorous Toast Day 02 – Madeira Wine Company

After all these activities, we’re going to relax and

have a lovely evening at Madeira Wine Company,

a renown establishment in Funchal since 1811.

It’s the oldest wine cellars in the island featuring

a beautiful civil baroque architecture.

Our guests will experience in first hand the

Madeira wine making along with its history,

development and evolution. As well as the

opportunity to taste the various styles of wine, in

the impressive Max Roomer space. Where the

famous and largest collection of Madeira Wine is

stored.

To make this evening even more special, a

elegant and sophisticated dinner will take place,

complemented by a delightful live music.

The World of Blue Day 03 – Activity with lunch – Option 1

A delightful day on board of regatta boats along

the cool waters of Madeira. No need to be a sailor

for this activity, as its all about teamwork.

Before embark on the boats everyone will receive

a safety orientation and will be assigned to their

captains who’ll give them crew positions. Now the

competition is on… let the best team win!

Soon after the regatta, the group will relax and

indulge their senses in the exquisite “Vila do

Peixe” Restaurant. Featuring a simple yet tasteful

Portuguese cuisine.

This fabulous island is known world wide for big game fishing. Madeira is perfectly position on the migratory route for large fish, thus providing the ideal scenario for fishing.

However we decided to challenge participants as they can only fish Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Spearfish, Albacore, Wahoo and dorado. And we can’t forget the Giant Blue Marlin, he’s on everyone's dreams…

Discover Madeira from a new perspective by embarking on the ultimate diving quest through the Natural Underwater Reserve of Garajau.

This prestigious reserve features an extensive and thrilling marine life that can’t be seen anywhere in the world. Without a doubt this will be a unforgettable diving tour.

Forte Restaurant. Featuring a mind-blowing view

of the Funchal Bay as well as the old town area.

Their menu incorporates a creative and delicate

international cuisine that blends perfectly into

This pleasant night with luminous bright moon

provides the perfect scenario for a sophisticated

cocktail and dinner in the notorious Municipal

Theatre Baltazar Dias.

We shall depart from the hotel in classical cars

emphasizing the alluring aura of the night. Upon

arrival guests will be received with a magnificent

cocktail. Followed by a delightful dinner in the

charming Noble room. Finishing our night with a

wonderful orchestra concert in the Amphitheatre.
