The SALEHIYA MEDICAL design came to express the corporate structure hierarchy and workflow. The full screen curtain wall with the linear strips shows the workflows smoothly through the different divisions and provide a good level of natural l ighting for the workspaces creating more friendly and better work environment for the users , all of that under the protection & supervision by the top management acting like a protective nest in the roof top .

The design came to express the corporate structure hierarchy and workflow.
Starting with the two top floors for the corporate CEOs acting as the building cap and operates the entire structure beneath it. Using the cubes as a building unit varies in size and assembled to form the building, emphasizes the different positions from juniors to chiefs’ role in forming the big co r p o ra t i o n .

Express the structure beauty with a massive building form to announce the company power. Strong Corners design was needed to use the location.

As an effort to reflect SABB Brand incorporated in the design, the concept (floor plan) was evolved from SABB’s logo with the shape of elongated hexagon. Viewing from the sky, the shape of the roof is representing the 3 dimensional logo of SABB.
The image of the building is symbolized as a jewel (a Diamond or a Crystal) in the desert considering SABB’s vision as a leading Financial Service Group in Saudi Arabia.

The circular shape idea was created to take advantage of maximum view of the famous road & give the Head office the supper location in the top floor levels with the outstanding look & view.

Twin tower is always a challenge.
Al Shegry tower is one special twin tower, wining the equation of non identical twins with the look of twin.
Designed with different heights with a slim look & connected with a special floor with a unique look for the main hotel restaurant.
The mall Podium with the curved outline gives the project the massive base needed.

We used Islamic modern Pattern & wooden cladding with the curtain walls & modern lines to achieve that.

Residential compound designed to accommodate the company employees, so we needed to design economic, simple & practical units. We used the farface concrete precast walls & metal steel elements in facades & wooden opening the project was divided to 3 zones:
(A) Bedroom units (with one floor)
(B) Bedroom units with 2 floors
(C) Ser vices zone (swimming pool + supermarket + restaurants).

We used special wood cladding with white paint & full glazed wall to give that neat look.
Urban design concept was simple with a main spine start with the special villas & ends with the ser vices area.
All the other units on both sides on the spine.

Residential compound designed to accommodate the port workers.
Economical & practical design needed. Elevations were with a ver y simple design with varieties of paint colors.
Urban design concept was to create the service & entertainment zone in the middle & all the residential units were surrounding it.
Commercial Buildings
Steak House & Piatto are two of the famous restaurants in Saudi Arabia; we needed to design the exterior facades in such away to match their styles.
We used mixed treatments of 2 kinds of stones & varieties of metals & steel elements.
Modern elevations design was useful to achieve that.
Anas Ben Malek branch is one of very successful branches for both brands due to its beautiful outdoor setting area too.

As all car showrooms, Fal Company needed a very attractive & modern front facade.
2 structural glazing cylinders surrounded by 2 metal arc louvers & connected with the main entrance gate was enough to give required look.

Hyper market & commercial shops, the idea was to create an element that connect these long lines of shops & give the look of a mega mall. A huge curved structural element was the main design element.

Royal weeding hall designed to be the largest wedding hall in Tabouk city.
Heavy classic details with double height arched windows were distributed on the elevation lines .
A bulk volume and unique massive details were created to give the entrances the feeling of royalty.

Volkswagen Company needed a ver y attractive & modern front facade to its showroom & head quar ter.
We used shiny metal cladding with the structural glass walls & metal louvers to give that industrial metal look. All f inishes details had to be ver y neat to be up to these huge German famous company reputation.
