About Us:Jain Estate Agencies was founded by Late Shri Mahendra Kumar Jain in the year
1973 at then developing, Andheri (West). His vision was to render services to people
searching for their dream homes by guiding them to the best projects in the resources
available with them. Our office was at 7 bungalows and we are proud to be the oldest real
estate brokers in that vicinity. We offered services in real estate to various individual clients
and to companies and dealt with many reputed builders and estate agents throughout
Bombay. Late Shri Mahendra Kumar Jain always stuck to his ethics and was always
disciplined and determined and worked very hard behind creating goodwill for Jain Estate
Agencies till 1980 and gave his hard earned goodwill in legacy to his son Mr.Mukesh M.
Jain.
Mr. Mukesh M. Jain carried forward the company by expanding its roots from
Andheri to other areas in Mumbai. Having the experience and the goodwill on our side we
had a very good investor base and were lucky enough for all our investors to have faith in
us. We correctly directed our investors to the right projects in the right areas and due to
which we were associated with a lot of projects in and around Mumbai as sole selling
agents / sole marketers.
Today we have an experience of around 36 years in the field of Real Estate and with
Mr. Pratik M. Jain joining the business after doing Masters in Marketing from Welingkar
Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai, we have passed on the legacy
to third generation. Today also we have stuck to our ethics and the 3 D’s Discipline,
Determination and Dedication.
