TOUR DETAILS
We include various local expenses in the cost of participating in the Kaizen Tour. This allows you to focus on learning and fully experiencing the kaizen cultures at the host companies, while our staff takes care of the logistics and arrangements. We travel and stay in comfort while in Japan, led by expert guides. Our senior consultants and sensei facilitate the kaizen learning process while logistics and your travel needs are handled seamlessly. As kaizen practitioners, we aim to make the tour arrangements a showcase of kaizen as well. Each group gets a chance to kaizen the tour. With more than 100 tours completed so far, we have taken many suggestions from the “gemba” to improve our tours over the years. Some of the unique strengths we offer are:
• PutingkaizenincontextofthehistoryandcultureofJapanandrelatingitbacktoourownculturebackgrounds
• Wi-Fi access 24/7 during the tours, even on the buses.
• Seamless travel and meal arrangements
• OrientationtoJapanandhowtogetthemostoutoftheKaizentour.
• Besttourinstructorswhoarealsokaizenexperts.
• Separate transfer of luggage so you don’t have to lug it around during the tour.
