Absolute Dental has created by husband and wife team, Rhodri and Emma John in 2001, and since then inception has grown to include additional treat-ment options offered to the patients, as well as the relocation of the business into state of the art purpose built premises.

The firm offers a wide range of dental options to pa-tients including Specialist services, however its main aim has always been to improve and maintain the health of those that visit.

The team has a very clear customer service focus, for which they have over the years received national recognition, having been awarded several highly rec-ognised awards within the industry. Absolute however continues to strive to improve, always looking to go the extra mile, change perceptions of dentistry and the way treatment is delivered.

This has in turn has seen the business branch out into other areas, with Emma now teaching numerous other practices nationally in a variety of areas, including customer care and business skills.

The business continues however to maintain its original core values and common vision, aiming to treat both each other and our patients with kindness, dignity and respect. Our aim will continue to look after

the customers that visit us as we would guests arriving at our home.

The team within the practice have embraced the changes that have been introduced over the years, as alongside these changes come new treatment options, with such things as implants, facial aesthetics and adult orthodontics becoming every day options and choices for many.

We continue in our aim to educate patients and work towards ensuring they understand the links between their dental health and their general health. To many this is something they have not heard before, and often we can then work with them to look at their lifestyle, diet and social habits and assist in improving several areas, ultimately with positive health benefits.Overall Absolute Dental is the home to an exceptional team, who have the most desirable skills sets, both clinically and in their dedication to the profession.
