[Title]
Design of Intelligent Human-Machine Systems focusing on Human-Machine Interface
[Abstract]
For human-machine systems, the design of human-
machine interface is of utmost importance because it
largely affects the performance of human-machine
systems. In this presentation, various types of human-
machine interface systems in different kinds of fields are
introduced, including the ways of modeling human-
machine systems and methodologies of recognition,
learning, and adaptation. Future perspectives on
human-machine interface systems is also discussed.
[Biography]
Mitsuhiro Kamezaki received the BS, MS, and Dr. of Engineering degrees in Mechanical
Engineering in 2005, 2007, and 2010, respectively, from Waseda University. From April
2010 to March 2013, he was a research associate in Department of Modern Mechanical
Engineering, Waseda University. Since April 2013, he has been an assistant professor in
Research Institute for Science and Engineering, Waseda University. His research
interests include intelligent human-machine interfaces, advanced teleoperation systems,
disaster response robots, autonomous aerial/ground vehicles, and human-robot
coordination. He received the Best Paper Award from the 11th Symp. Construction
