1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. BACKGROUND
It's time to wake up and smell the coffee - welcome to the future of
finance,and the future of technology at large. Welcome to Bitcoin, to
Altcoins and to Crypto Revolution.
Since its inception, Bitcoin has been a controversial threat to
traditional financial and legacy systems of various branches, but as
the years have gone by, no one can deny that Bitcoin and the
blockchain are here to stay.
Upon creating economic regulations, America developed a
framework where credit rating industries and central banks could
control the industrious entrepreneur. Due to institutions like these,
big banks under failed leadership got saved from default, and
unworthy bonds fooled investors with their AAA ratings.
Regulators like these – ‘anointed’ and ‘divine’ in their original
promise – have propelled us into two economic recessions and
have created today’s uncertain political and economic dynamic. As
a result, the individual has been overshadowed, and his freedom
threatened.
Although abruptly saying au revoir to the conventional and corrupt
is dangerous, the most sincere attempt to fix their blatant failures is
found in the crypto and blockchain space. Offering a technological
platform and method of communication that is immutable and
transparent, Bitcoin technology is destined to one day dominate the
financial world.
Instead of issuing our trust to a governmental institution or rating
agency, we delegate it to the majority of the network’s nodes.
Instead of waiting three business days for our banks to complete a
wire, we prefer to wait only about 10 minutes for the transaction to

The world of crypto startups acts like a marketplace of ideas, and in
this world, there is a strong legislative of opinion that continually
gauges the legitimate values of these ideas. Creations like Bitcoin
and Ethereum have become familiar names not only because of
their brilliance but because of their applicability.
While the fallacy that most crypto-creators are con-men
perpetuates, we are blinded by mischievous governmental
organizations. While it is true that some individuals in crypto
arbitrarily create value and master pump-and-dumps, it is more the
exception than the rule. In most cases, where the conventional and
the modern diverge, the counterculture and the entrepreneur
converge, creating precise solutions to real-world bureaucracy.

1.2. THE PROBLEM
Today cryptocurrencies have become a global phenomenon known
to most people. While still somehow geeky and not understood by
most people, banks, governments and many companies are aware
of its importance.
In 2018, you have a hard time finding a major bank, a big accounting
firm, a prominent software company or a government that did not
research cryptocurrencies, publish a paper about it or start a so-
called blockchain-project.
But beyond the noise and the press releases the overwhelming
majority of people – even bankers, consultants, scientists, and

They often fail to even understand the basic concepts.

4. WHY AN ITO ? 4.1. WHAT IS AN ITO
In a common ICO (Initial Coin Offering) the company raises funds
promising people to use them to develop a project related to the
creation of a future cryptocurrency. They sell tokens in change of
money and at the end of ICO period they will burn remaining tokens
and will replace customers token with new cryptocurrency once the
promised project has started (provided that this happens and they
will not decide to collect money and not proceed with
development).
In an ITO (Initial Token Offering) instead, the token used is an "utility
token", a tool to access services or pay for goods. The platform is
already developed as well as the project that is simply being
expanded and continues to evolve. The ITO phase is therefore a
temporary phase where it is possible to buy Tokens with special
discount or bonus compared to the price they will have once
entered into exchanges.

The offering of CREV tokens on the Crypto Revolution Platform is done
