ADIPEC has a long and proud history with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and is once again delighted to confirm that SPE will organise the ADIPEC 2017 Technical Conference.
The 2016 Technical Conference received 2,700+ technical proposals, breaking all known records for the number of submitted abstracts in the global oil and gas industry. Technical papers were submitted from 571 organisations spanning 71 countries, with more than half of submissions from outside the Middle East, further reinforcing ADIPEC as the global meeting place for knowledge-exchange.

The ADIPEC Awards acknowledge outstanding practices in eight awards categories, where companies are recognised and rewarded for their accomplishments in technical expertise and achievement, academic development, CSR dedication, innovation, personal achievement, business progression and more.
Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community, ADIPEC proudly presents the fifth edition of the Young ADIPEC programme in 2017, fully supported by Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC).
Since its creation in 2013, the Young ADIPEC programme has received praise and recognition from across the oil and gas industry. Aimed at high school students aged between 14 – 17, Young ADIPEC is designed to win the hearts and minds of today’s youth and highlight the wealth and diversity of career opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
The Women In Energy conference will focus on the contributions women make across all technical and strategic arenas of the oil and gas industry, including upstream, downstream, investment and finance, administrative and HR functions.
The full day conference programme includes, on-stage interviews, panel discussions, case study presentations and audience voting polls.
