PR 2817548 - FED: Added Dates to Parameters, Browse and Report

Federal Users: The Hire Date, Start Date, Rehire Date and Current Position Start Date have

been added to the parameters of the ACA Status Mass Process. The Hire Date, Start Date,

Rehire Date, Current Position Start Date, and Termination Date have all been added to the

preview browse and the report.

ACA Status Mass Process:

1. Navigate to Web > Human Resources > Employee > Setup > Utilities > ACA Utilities

> ACA Status Mass Process.

2. Add or Edit a template.

3. The Hire Date, Start Date, Rehire Date, and Current Position Start Date have been

added to the screen.



4. Select Save and Process.

5. The Hire Date, Start Date, Rehire Date, Current Position Start Date, and Termination

Date have been added to the preview browse.

6. When the process is run with ranges, records will be pulled in if they meet either

condition.



7. Select Report.

8. The Hire Date, Start Date, Rehire Date, Current Position Start Date, and Termination

Date have been added to the report.

PR 2833185 - FED ACA: Correct ACA Hours for Void Checks

Federal ACA Users: The ACA Hours Build from History utility will now correctly process the

hours from Void Checks or Quick Void Checks.

Go to Web Human Resources > Employee > Product Setup > Utilities > ACA Utilities > ACA

Hours Build from History and run the process.

The ACA Hours will now properly process the hours from Void checks and Quick Void checks,

subtracting the hours from the accumulated total.

PR 2836972 – FED ACA: Multiple Assignments with Same Pay Code

Federal Users: The ACA Hours Build from History utility will now combine hours from

assignments for the same employee with the same pay code for each day. The Payroll ACA

Hours Import has also been updated so that the Add to Existing hours option works

correctly for Assignments with the same pay code.

In the Employee Management Plan, the employee has multiple assignments using the same

Pay Code, each with a specified number of Hours and Minutes per Day.



When running the ACA Hours Build from History Utility, the Hours per Day from both

assignments are appropriately combined into one total for each day in the processing

period.

When running the Import ACA Hours utility for the current payroll selection, the Hours per

Day from both assignments are appropriately combined into one total for each day in the

processing period.

PR 2822285 - FED ACA: Assignment Export now retains ACA Pay Record Schedule

After the Assignment Export/Payroll Import utility is processed, Pay Records that already

contained ACA Hours will retain those hours.

1. The employee has a Pay Record Schedule set up.

2. Their Employee Management Assignment has been updated and you wish to use the

Assignment Export/Payroll Import process to update the Pay Record information to

match the new assignment information.



3. After the Payroll Import process is complete, the Pay Record has been updated but

the Pay Record Schedule is intact.

PR 2820935 – FED ACA: Added Exceptions to Pre and Post Verify Reports

Federal Users: An exception report area for the Pre and Post Verify reports for ACA Hours

now identifies employees in Payroll whose factor/hours are different from their ACA hours.

In addition, the Zero ACA Hours exception report now offers more information to the user,

including Factor/Hours, ACA Hours, and Pay Code.

In the current payroll Pre-Verification Reports, run the ACA Hours Verifications Report.



On the parameter screen, there is now an option to print exceptions for pay codes where

the ACA Hours do not match the Factor/Hours on the payroll transaction. When using this

option, select the Pay Codes that you wish to check for this exception.

Note that this exception will not appear if a payroll transaction has zero ACA Hours. For

these transactions, the option to print exceptions for pay codes with zero ACA Hours should

be selected.



If both exception options are selected, the exceptions for zero ACA Hours will be printed

first. For this excpetion, the current Factor/Hours is now displayed on the report.

Exceptions for employees with payroll transactions that have ACA Hours different from the

Factor/Hours will be displayed in the next section. These exceptions will include the Pay

Code, the current Factor/Hours, and the current ACA Hours.

After running the payroll calculations, Post-Verification Reports, run the ACA Hours

Verifications Report.



On the parameter screen, there is now an option to print exceptions for pay codes where

the ACA Hours do not match the Factor/Hours on the payroll transaction. When using this

option, select the Pay Codes that you wish to check for this exception.

Note that this exception will not appear if a payroll transaction has zero ACA Hours. For

these transactions, the option to print exceptions for pay codes with zero ACA Hours should

be selected.

PR 2834724 - FED ACA: Import Pay Record Hours Recalculate

The Pay Code and Employee total ACA hours are recalculating correctly when removing a

record from the Import ACA Hours preview browse. The ACA Hours Build From History

preview browse has had this issue fixed as well.

1. When running the ACA Hours Import through your current payroll, you are able to

generate the total number of ACA Hours for your employee(s) based on your

selected date range.

2. If you remove a record, you will be able to see the total hours adjust accordingly.



3. When running the ACA Hours Build from History utility, you can see the total number

of ACA Hours found for the employee.

4. When some of those hours are deleted, the total adjusts accordingly.



5. Also, with regard to the ACA Hours Build from History utility, the Template headings

have been updated to match the utility description from the menu tree.

PR 2845786 - FED: ACA File Communication Test Path Added Federal Users: A menu item for the ACA File Communication Test has been added to the

Payroll Year End tree. This will require that system table SYS-HAAPG is loaded.

System Table Load History:

1. Navigate to Web > Product Setup > Skyward Contact Access > Tools > System

Table Load History.

2. Ensure table SYS-HAAPG has been loaded. If it has not been, highlight the table and

select Load Selected Table.



3. Navigate to PaC > Human Resources > Payroll > Year End > Payroll > Calendar >

ACA File Communication Test.

4. Select Run.

5. An informational message is displayed.

PR 2838176 - FED: ACA Import Hours from TrueTime Time Off

Federal Users: Time Off Hours from TrueTime Time Sheets will now be imported correctly

for all employees selected in Payroll.

Payroll Select:

1. Go to Human Resources, Payroll, Current Payroll, Select. Notice that Joyce Smithscr

and Kai Smithscr have been selected.



2. Joyce Smithscr has a time sheet for the week of 10/12/2015 that has time off on it.

Notice that the time off is for Friday and that there aren’t any time off records for

any other day of the week.

3. Kai Smithscr has a time sheet for 10/12/2015 as well, notice that she has 3 Hours of

vacation for each day of the week.



4. Run the ACA Hours Import.

5. The ACA Hours are going to be imported for the time sheets that start on

10/12/2015.

6. The Hours are being imported correctly.
