Architecture it's an art thing, a phenomenon of emotion, which remains outside and issues beyond construction. The purpose of the construction is to keep things together and architecture's is to delight us.

Open minded, intelligent, sociable, applied, responsible and idealistic, I consider myself as a person who proposes a different way of seeing the world change for the better and collaborate with its development. Coming from a family where the values are guaranteed, I intend to make them known to the world and make the best with them.I am interested in big architecture, I like working in big spaces and create big proportion things. Technology, progress and projections, characterize my wishes and empathy in my field.

The Digital Expresion is one ofthe ways to represent an architectural proyect, being able to use different rendenring engines helps the student and the professional to express details that in 2D are difficult to represent.
The Cristal House was part of the first fully analized proyectsin college that showed me the simplicity and the complex of an architectural composition.

PROJECT: New Bolonia Location: Bolonia, Usme, Bogota DC.Architects: Juan Sebastián Rangeland Katherine Mora
Working with the topography and a social problematic, overcrowding, as the main design parameters, the New Bolonia Urbanization is planned to supply the basic needs of the Bolonia zone, one of the poorest areas in Bogotá.
Proposing as an economic alternative of earnings, urban agriculture, and a cheap mixed building system, Dura Panel and Lightweight Masonry, this popular housing project represents a great solution for people in the area and an excellent proposal for the architectural requirements of the course.

PROJECT: Technical School with Emphasis on Industrial Production of Wood Location: Centro Suba, Suba, Bogota DC.Architects: Juan Sebastián R angel
Located in a popular area in the west of Bogotá, the school tries to help young people to get an appropriate academicformation and creates new alternatives of generating some earnings for their own and, with the colaboration of the district, be able to create their own work based on the wood's manufacture and wood's industrial treatment and production.
The design of the school is focused on the prominent topography of the area and in a simple combination of the basic geometrical forms used in architechture; the addition and subtraction of volumes taking notice of the principal axes and t e n s i o n s o f t h e p ro p e r t y a n d i t ' s boundaries are the design paremeters used on this project.

PROJECT: Technical School with Emphasis on Industrial Production of Wood Location: Centro Suba, Suba, Bogota DC.Architects: Juan Sebastián R angel
The view and the properties of the location made this project an excellent proposal for the public space treatment (it's proposes a circuit of parks and public squares) and a razonal work with the land making it an economic solution for the education and public equipment problem in the area.
The Urban Proposal it's based on the reduction of the social, economic, movility and ambiental problematics that affects the population of the zone. The urban equipments aren't enought for the needs of the people in Suba, including education e q u i p m e n t s ; o n e o f t h e b i g g e s t s h o r t c o m i n g s .

The Plans are distribuited in the best way according to the topography and the conditions of the lote. The Administration and Workshops Building (developed in 4 upper floor plans) is localited so that it can take the most out of daylight and natural v e n t i l a t i o n t h a t t h e s e c t o r o f f e r s .
The Lower Floor of the Classroom Building, is distributed so that is a light volume that "fits" in the field, it exploits the visuals that the location has and deals with the field's form presenting an economic solution in saving work and reducing the waste on the excavations for this building.

The level of detail required for the projectincluded the design of spaces to understand the direct relations with the use of the space and the relation between the user and the space.
Understand the construction of the project was another objective of the course. Sections and details worked together to analyze the building from a very detailed scale.

PROJECT: Outdoors Teatre Location: Fusagasugá, Cundinamarca, Col.Architects: Juan Sebastián R angel, Natalia Pedraza, Silvia Cerón, Jose M. Arango.
In this case, the course was about working with the expression of different spaces and situations. Digital skills where proved here and the level of graphic expression too.
The Outdoor Teatre located in the foot of a mountain, was an example where different exact type of lines (layers) were applied for the 2D model's expression, then, a hand-made model was done using different types of boards, following a line of "sobriety" in this manual three-dimensional expression excercise.

op PROJECT: 2-Cold Ice-Cream Shop
Location: El Bosque University, Bogotá.Architects: Juan Sebastián Rangel.
As one of the individual works done during my college studies, a small shop is the idea to be represented. The location it's quite small, the budget is not too big and the time was the biggest constraint .
Using light weight materials and a simple distribution, the 2-Cold Ice-Cream Shop represents the productivity of simplicity and development effectively and efficiently for a rapid implementation project.

The main objetctive of the proyect is to locate Colombia and it´s pacific coast as a regional development center allowing to complement the economic activities in the area and exploiting the potential of the region that has not been tapped yet
Talking about the interior distribution of the airport, the arrangement of the plans is defined by the fluid movement of pa s s e n g e r s w i t h i n t h e te r m i n a l . Corridors are free of obstacles and have interior gardens that allows a visual link between the outdoor´s tropical enviroment and the dynamics inside the airport.

The main reference of the airport, according to the form, was the dorsal fin of the Humpback Whale, which, in two annual seasons, visit the Pacific coast of Colombia. The height plays an important role in the project: allows to keep the hot air at the top of the building letting the fresh air that enters, stay concentrated in the lower levels.
The use of solar panels on the roof modules allows an efficient energy consumption, while it is generated by the cells. The modules in the roof, are automated, so they move to control the entry of air into the terminal.
The existence of slopes in the plants allows the enrichment of the flow of the activities inside the airport. This, mixed with internal gardens visually and esthetically link the interior with the exterior.
