You should first list all of the courses that have already been evaluated and are listed in Banner with the transfer equivalencies on this form. Then, list courses which will need to be evaluated. Please direct the student to the appropriate departments for evaluation if you are not the person who can evaluate them. For all language courses, please direct students to the MCLL undergraduate coordinator. Notes: Education.
