Each boss has its specific strengths and weaknesses with respect to each

element. The icons shown above are the in-game icons of the elemental buffs

many characters learn. By casting a buff the party temporarily gains additional

elemental damage.

An elemental buff grants the party a nominal 30% damage

increase based on each characters physical attack. The extra

damage is elemental in type, so the 30% are twice as effective if the

enemy is weak to that element. On the other hand, if the enemy happens

to be strong against the element, the 30% dimish by a factor of 10 down

to 3%. Elemental buffs can supplement an element already on your

weapon, or override it if the buff is of a different element.

Thats where this elemental weakness reference comes in. We

provide you with a handy table listing each boss‘ weak elements, and

in case noone has that element at hand, also with the elements that do

normal damage (as your second best option).

TLDR: Cast one of the BIG icon buffs, if noone in your party can, cast

one of the small icon buffs.

For each

boss the table shows the

name, an identification

image and the elements it

is weak to, as well as the

elements that do normal

damage. Resisted

elements are omited.

These five bosses resist all elements. Listing them in the main table would be pointless, use

whatever element you like.
