Administrative Privileges Within the Club– Privacy is Assured Outside of Rotary – User Names and
Passwords are Required to Access the Roster

– Important to Building Professional and Social Connections– Do Not Use Roster Information to Build Commercial Mailing Lists
• You Are Responsible for Keeping Your Information Current!!!• Critical Items for You to Update
– Contact Information (Address, Phone, Email)– Company and Job Position– Education and Hobbies– Photograph!!!– Spouse / Partner– Birthday / Anniversary
• Other Items that the Club Maintains– Committee Assignments– Attendance– Membership Anniversaries– Awards (Paul Harris Fellow, Will Watt Fellow, Etc)
