I am writing to you to inform that I may not be able to attend office for at least 5 months from now i.e., from September 2010 to January 2011, as I am down with multiple fracture.

I had an accident on 16th Aug due to which my left leg has multiple fractured. Fortunately, the fracture is severe and according to doctor currently I am inability to move my left leg.

On 18th Aug I had an external operation for fixation of bones. I have been advised by the doctor to have an operation on October and he told to take bed rest for recovery.

I deeply regret the inconvenience caused to the firm because of my fracture.
