Virginia Tech The Hokies, who play host to Houston Baptist on Tuesday night, sank 15 three-pointers in Friday’s 103-79 win over Washington in the 2K Classic third-place game at New York’s Madison Square Garden ... Justin Bibbs led the Hokies with 30 points and Ahmed Hill added 23 ... Hill tied his career best with six made 3-pointers, going 7-of-8 from the field, including a perfect 6-of-6 from 3-point range ... the Hokies (3-1) have surpassed 100 points in each of their three wins this season.

Wake Forest Bryant Crawford pushed his ACC-leading active double-figure scoring streak to 30 games with a team-high 17 points in Sunday’s 78-73 loss to Houston on the final day of competition in the Paradise Jam ... Crawford finished the afternoon with three 3-pointers, which moved him into 14th place all-time in career 3-pointers at 119 ... the Demon Deacons had a balanced offensive attack against the Cougars, as eight of the 12 players that saw action recorded at least one point.
