Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by email or telephone by asking for OECD rates.
Some hotels ask for a client code in order to benefit from preferential rates. These details can be found
in the “other information” column. Delegates and visitors may be asked to present an OECD invitation
letter upon arrival at the hotel desk.
As part of the OECD’s commitment to reduce the environmental impact of its activity, a list of eco- labelled hotels is proposed in end of this document.
