Corflex accordion partitions are the fastest and most economical way toorganize space and insulate against distracting noises. They provideinstant privacy for meetings, classes or office and work areas.

Corflex accordion partitions are available in several acoustical models. Allhave an internal steel pantograph for even extension and 5-ply laminatedcover construction.

Single doors anchor at either jamb.

Pair of doors anchor at both jambs.

Rolling post doors permit stacking at either jamb. Use in seriesfor long openings.

1. Wrinkle-free, impact resistant covers provide a smooth symmetrical appearance -not the drapery look offered by other manufacturers. The 5-ply laminate coverconstruction includes three layers of fire-resistant material and adds strength andstability to the door.Unique cover construction resists punctures, tears, rips or cuts. However, if damageshould occur or if you decide to change your decor, the cover, or portions of thecover, may be replaced at the job site for a fraction of the original costs of the door

2. The precision-engineered steel internal pantograph provides years of smooth, easyfolding action and allows the doors to easily manoeuver through curves andswitches.

3. Steel bearing trolleys with nylon tires support the wall every 457 mm - 533 mm (18”-21”)and provide smooth, quiet operation.

4. Adjustable lead carrier allows proper alignment of the wall frame for effectivelatching at all times and enables the door to adjust to out-of-plum conditions.

5. A selection of heavy duty aluminum track systems is available to accommodatevarious ceiling conditions and equipped with inter-locking keys for accuratealignment which ensures carrier long-life.

6. Heavy-duty lead post with magnaseal latching® for superior acoustics.

TRACK SYSTEMSTrack and carriers are an integral part of the long-life and smooth operation of the Corflex accordion door. Each model uses 4-wheel tandemcarriers on the leading post and 2-wheel intermediate carriers 457 mm - 533 mm (18” -21”) OC full width of the opening, providing a properdistribution of weight for easier operation.

# 16 Track heavy duty extruded aluminum with built-in ceilingsaver. Available for all series.

# 18 Track heavy duty extruded aluminum with built-in ceiling saver. Fordirect attachment to finish ceiling. No auxiliary trim strip needed.Available for all series.

CHANNEL: Optional, but recommended for recessed installations. Channel provides smooth,straight ceiling line and aids track installation.

Flanges on both sides protect ceiling. Primed off white.

Warranty. Partitions shall be guaranteed against defects inmaterial and workmanship for a period of two years fromdate of installation. In addition, the pantographs, trolleysand tracks shall be guaranteed for 10 years from date ofinstallation and acceptance for beneficial use.

Curved tracks are available in type #50, #16and #18 track. Stock curves: 1,066 mm (3’ 6”)and 1,524 mm (5’ 0”). Custom curves to spe-cification. No structural modifications required.Curved instal la t ions require extra doorfullness. Add to partition width as follows.

Standard 254 mm (10”) offset available intype #50, #16 and #18 track only.Custom curves also available.

Pendant Pulls. Used as anaid in pulling partitionacross opening.Recommended forpartitions over 3,048 mm(10’ 0”) in height.
