Booking Management

• Visitor registration would facilitate the authorized user to capture the visitor details

• The visitor’s pass can be generated by capturing the visitor’s image through Web Cam

• The captured image will be automatically loaded to the booking screen, the badge can be

viewed before printing

• Once the booking is saved, the Pass No & Auto-ID will be generated for respective visitor

• Pre-Booking feature provides the authorized user to capture the visitor’s information

through mail, phone & fax

• The pre-printed passes can be prepared in advance, handed over on visitor’s arrival

Work Order Management

• Provides the authorized user to raise the work order for contractor type visitor

• While raising the work order, the system captures Work order details with its expiry

date

• The Contractor type visitor’s pass can be generated by capturing the visitor’s image

through Web Cam

• The image will be automatically loaded to the booking screen

• Contractor type visitor can Enter & Exit during pass validity period only

• The authorized user can close the work order of a contractor type visitor using close

work order form

• Track basic information of the Contractor like Name, Status & Pass Validity

• Capture the movement of Contractor with Date &Time.

• Contractor details are displayed on selection.

• Used to restrict the entry of a particular visitor inside the organization
