The AccuSealer U is the perfect machine for sealing a wide range
of plastic tubes.
The AccuSealer U is an advanced ultrasonic tube sealing system
that utilizes ultrasonic energy to produce a hermetic seal on most
plastic and laminate tubes. The AccuSealer U is ideal for lab use
and low volume production jobs. The AccuSealer U can seal tubes at
speeds up to 15 tubes per minute. The AccuSealer U seals and then
cuts plastic tubes with diameters / cross-sections of up to 2.5
inches. It creates a professional looking tube seal with trimming
and optional date and lot coding. Ultrasonic tube sealers require
no warm up time and remove the need for compressors with
refrigerant.
