PREPARATION1

The Exhibitor Web shop will be open from 10 August. Here you can order products and services for the exhibition.

Your Achilleslive 2016 exhibition stand is provided with space and walls only basis along with 1 x bar style table, 1 x bar style stool, 1 x double outlet electricity point with 1.5kw of power to furnish your exhibition stand. We would recommend opting for one of our basic, standard or premium stand packages. Please see page 10 for stand package details.

ORDER DEADLINE 1st SEPTEMBER.Please note that orders made after September 1 deadline will be subject to a 25% price increase.

Details will be provided on or before the web shop opens on 10 August.

GOODS DELIVERY TIME:Monday September 19, 08:00–18:00(Will be held in transit location until Assembly opens)

ASSEMBLY TIME:Tuesday September 20, 08:00–18.00

The empty boxes will be transported into the hall after the carpets has been removed. The removal of the carpets will start immediately after the exhibition closes.

The electricity supply will be disconnected 15 minutes after closing time on the final day. Water, drainage and compressed air will be disconnected immediately after closing time on the final day.
