•  Test  my  saliva  with  a  pH  strip  •  Test  my  urine  with  a  pH  strip  

•  Test  in  the  morning  with  a  clean  mouth  

•  Take  averages  •  Wait  for  2  hours  with  only  water  and  no  food  before  tes=ng
