Step 3: Defineyourcareerpath(highway).
Acareerpathisagroupofjobsthatallheadinthesamedirection.Theeducation/train-ingfieldisacareerpath.Thejobs(lanes)alongthishighwayincludeteacher,princi-pal,trainer,professor,seminarleader,lec-turer,etc.
Step 4: Definethejobonthecareerhighwaythatappealstoyou.
Ifyouarenewtotheworkforce,chooseacareerpathandthenfindajobthatletsyouenterthehighway.
The ideal career leads you toward your wants and away from what you don’t want.
