Look for something positive in each day. Sometimes we need reminding! Create some positive or motivational words or images to
inspire you each day.
Try creating a positive pinboard to remind youof all that you are grateful for.
Add images that makeyou smile!
When we stretch we improve our posture and muscle performance. This reduces injury, aches and pains and increases
blood circulation for improved performance.
Try out the 12 stretches … Remember, work at your own level
5 a day will provide you with an excellent source of fibre to maintain a healthy gut and
reduce the risk of heart disease.
