Activity ReportingThere are a total of 4 reporting periods for Activity Reports as follows:

Last day in February (2/28). This information represents the activities from the beginning of the tax season to the last day of February and be reported via the web interface no later than March 5th. The information collected in this reporting period is based on the sign-in sheets used in the sites.Last day in March (3/31). This information represents the activities from March 1st to the last day of March and be reported via the web interface no later than April 5th. The information collected in this reporting period is based on the sign-in sheets used in the sites.Last day in April (4/30). This information represents the activities from April 1st to the last day of April and be reported via the web interface no later than May 5th. The information collected in this reporting period is based on the sign-in sheets used in the sites.End of the Summer. This information represents the activities from May 1st to the end of August (8/31) and be reported via the web interface on or before September 5th. The information collected in this reporting period is based on activity of leaders within the states/split-states.

• Volunteer Self-Reported:– Federal Returns – current year– Federal Returns - prior years– Federal Returns – amended– State Only Returns – All Other Questions & Answers– Quality Reviews (single total for

both state and federal)

• Obtained from Other Sources:– E-file returns – Joint Returns, current year– State Returns– Total number of disabled served– Total Volunteer Hours– EITC $s and returns– >60 returns – Other IRS, CCHS provided

information

Process for Volunteers

• Site sign-in sheets completed at site.

• Web form entry by LC or DC

• Approval and review by DC

Type in the your ID number and click the button indicated in the screen to the left

• If entering or changing information throughout the month, click “Save & Exit” when finished

• This will ensure that your changes will show up the next time you log on

• If entering or changing information during the 5 day period, click “Save & Exit” if you want to finish later

• OR

• Click “Approve & Exit” if it all looks complete

• Congratulations, you have just FINISHED reporting for the month!
