Highest Achievement:

This award is given to the 6th, 7th and 8th grade student from each team who has earned the highest GPA in each given subject area.

Exceptional Effort:

This award is given to the 6th, 7th and 8th grade student from each team in recognition of exceptional effort demonstrated throughout the school year in each given subject area.

Most Improved:

This award is given to a 6th, 7th and 8th grade student from each team who has exhibited academic improvement from the beginning to the end of the school year in each given subject area.

Presidential Award for Educational Excellence:

World Language Department: This award recognizes a student who has shown academic success, whose outstanding efforts have enabled him/her to meet the chal-lenging standards of excellence.

Principal’s Choice: This award recognizes students who demonstrate high moti-vation, initiative, integrity, intellectual depth, leadership qualities and/or exceptional judgment.

Oliver Award for Academic Excellence:

This award recognizes our students who have excelled academically for the first three marking periods. These students maintained an average of 93.0 or higher.

3 Sport Athletes:

Any 7th and 8th grader who participated in three athletic sports during the school year.
