Drafted and reorganized the ethics and professionalism sections of the Bar’s website (www.msbar.org).

Organized and participated in “Integrity, Duty and Common Sense: A Dialogue on Interaction between the Bench and Bar”, a six-city, three-day forum in Biloxi, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Greenwood, Tupelo and Southaven (May, 2007)

Led the conversion of the Office of General Counsel to electronic case management system (Time

Matters).

Responsibilities included: Oversaw 13 direct and 30 indirect reports in the management of commercial and consumer rental assets

throughout Mississippi, with a district fleet of 110 vehicles and 10 locations across a 250-mile territory with

$4 million in annual revenue. Established, distributed and monitored rental rates as per seasonal needs and utilization rates. Managed P&L and developed/implemented marketing plans for all locations. Performed

onsite inspections of rental agent locations.

Met District Rental Revenue Goal of $4 million during a down economy for transportation industry.

Grew Rental Agent locations from 4 to 10 in the state of Mississippi.

Conducted performance appraisals; set performance goals and objectives for all personnel.
