The IntelliFire Plus Ignition System is an “intelligent” control system
providing energy conservation and the comfort of a roaring fire ...all at
your fingertips! IntelliFire Plus features intermittent-pilot-ignition (IPI)
allowing you to conserve fuel and money when the fireplace is not in use.
Optional constant pilot mode – allows you to leave the pilot flame on in
cold climates. In addition, the system offers seamless transition from AC
to battery backup in a power outage, as well as built-in safety features
and memory settings. Our family of IntelliFire Plus Wireless Controls
provides stylish and ergonomic controls with the features and benefits
homeowners desire.

Fireplace Dimensions
†The Carolina is approved as a standalone unit or can be built into an outside wall. It may be installed in screened porches and lanais that meet these minimum requirements: Minimum porch area - 96 sq ft, Minimum ceiling ht. - 82 in., A minimum of two walls can be screened but must be open to outside ventilation. Minimum requirements are: Minimum screen area - 64 sq ft, Minimum screen top height - 80 in., If installed within a wall, you must: Provide access to the gas controls, Slope outdoor floor (and hearth) away from fi replace. Flash the perimeter of the fireplace, corners and the fireplace face in a manner consistent with regional practices as required to prevent water penetration around the fireplace or manage water that may penetrate the fireplace.35x
‡ Dakota 42 is approved for installation in screened porches, gazebos and lanais with the following guidelines: Minimum porch area: 96 square feet, Minimum ceiling height: 92 inches, Minimum of two walls must be screened. Minimum top of screen height, side walls: 6 ft. 8 in., Minimum screen area: 64 square feet
